We drove thru to place our orders at 10.50am and got our orders at 11.25am. This is the slowest MCD we ever encountered. Very understaffed and operations need to be reviewed because they had two booths, one to collect payment and the next one to provide your order. We waited 15mins at each booth with NO ONE around. Staff came only when time to collect payment then asked us to proceed to next booth where we waited for another 15mins until someone appeared with our order in loose. Need to ask for plastic bag, else there was no way to hold the food and drive.

I order cheese burger happy meal drive thru. I back home and realise the burger is a burger without cheese. Not the first time they give me wrong order.

Finally a mcdonalds at bukit batok east. Not at a very neighbourhood place as it is at the JTC industrial building opposite skypeak instead of the hdb cluster with NTUC, but it is good enough. Opens 24hours. Mcdonalds seems to have changed their mcflurry packaging?! Quite frustrating when the ice cream melts And another suggestion for mcdonalds - not sure if even of them is even reading this but, they can use a token method for the people who orders the sundae with their meal. I ended up eating the hot fudge sundae before my mcspicy as the hot fudge is melting even when it was served to me 😵💫🤯 great if we can have a token and “exchange” it for the sundae after our main course. Some mcdonalds do not have a physical cashier anymore anyways, this have the extra manpower and space for this service

Really bad service. Ordered through McDonald’s app arrived at drive through nobody replied through the speaker waited for 5 mins then drove up to pick up window. One car ahead of me collected food and left I drove up no one bothered waited there for 10mins u til someone came along no apology no nothing just started tapping on the screen. Why can’t people just be nice. Last time I order from the app cause payment was made and the order cannot be cancelled. Got charged parking as well cause they took so long. Total waste of a good idea to have a drive through.

Quite an interesting location for a MCD outlet but for the dinner crowd I think the real estate strategy might just be working. There is a drive through also integrated into this whole industrial area and it’s quite seamlessly built through so that’s impressive. We dined in and the indoor area only has a few seats, whereas most of the tables are located outside which was pleasantly cooling. Ordering is either via the kiosk or QR on the table. Food is consistent but our nuggets today were like rocks, not sure if it was over cooked but certainly off from mcd nugget standards.
