Had the maki salad for the first time, and I’m so happy I decided on the crispy shrimp for my salad (amongst other yummy ingredients). One of the best salads I’ve had in a while

Made an order through Grab, and my order had missing items. I called up the store personally to inquire and the staff’s excuse was that she was too busy hence she missed out the items. She told me to just contact Grab directly to get a refund. Zero problem solving skills, complacent attitude, and simply just diverting the responsibility to Grab to resolve her problem.
