My wife bought the Nasi Padang and was served by an Indonesian lady server who was unfriendly when asked abt the dishes and giving the unhappy look and face gestures. The owner should educate their staff on customer service. However the food is nice.

Wanted to order veg only, did not mentioned that veg only costs more than veg+rice. Ended up making me overpay $3.5 for 1 portion of veg? Its ridiculous. Owner is not even apologetic at all saying "none of my business". Please avoid this scammy food stall.

Tastes of the dishes are bland, service sucks, overpriced like crazy and the portions are small. Rice is too soft. Not a good choice to eat!

Food was so so but price point was expensive considering $6.30 after app discount, which consist only 2 side dishes without any meat, at a neighborhood mall.

Date of Visit: 03 Oct 2025 Time: 12:17 hrs Dishes ordered: 1. Fishcakes & hotdogs sambal 2. Stir fried bean sprouts 3. Sambal Sotong Fishcakes tastes rather odd like it was going to be spoilt. The skin was dry and hard while the insides were extra brittle & a little gamey. Sotong sambal was super hard & the sambal was super watery. The beansprouts was cooked perfectly; however, I found a stainless steel scrubber inside it & luckily I was the one eating this meal instead of my elderly 80 years old grandparents or my 5 year old kid. It is expected for Malay Nasi Padang to be pricey. As a customer, I do not mind paying it as long as the food is delicious. Honestly, I have been coming over ever since the mall is opened; and the standard of the food has dropped tremendously. The management might want to look into it before you lose the customers or have more issues especially in the hygiene of serving and preparing the food. Sorry but I think the last experience has confirmed that I shall not purchase from you guys again.
