A fantastic halal hotpot experience in Hong Kong! I especially loved that each person gets their own individual hotpot, so everyone can enjoy their preferred soup base without having to compromise. The buffet selection was generous, with fresh meats, vegetables, and seafood, and the halal certification gave us peace of mind. Great food, great value, and perfect for families or groups with different tastes. Will definitely visit again!

Bad restaurant, with 30 minutes left, but the mainland waiter forced us to pay another HKD60 because there were still some fried food and meat left on our table that we were eating. I don't like arguing while eating so I don't talk too much and pay it. The menu choices were not interesting and for the same price, you'd be better off going to Captain Japanese BBQ Hotpot. First time trying and won't be back.

I was really hesitating to try it after reading the comments on this hot pot. I went anyway with low expectations on Saturday 16 May. I loved it. No queue, a lot of meat and choices. The food was delicious. The staff was great. May be because it was the week end with not a big crowd that I had this experience. I definitely recommend it.

Went there with my family on a Friday afternoon, around 3pm. An amazing place! Food was served on a conveyor belt, with a wide variety from your carbs (Noodles-different variations), proteins (different kinds of sausages, cuts of meat) and various vegetables. With 7 different hot pot flavors to choose from, one will definitely be spoilt for choice. There's also the cooked food area with variations of cooked dishes, enough variety to keep you alternating between the two. At least 3 different kinds of carbonated drinks and r other in house drinks for you to try. And last but not least, an automated one cream machine where it dispenses the right amount! The service was impeccable. The staff on duty assisted to accommadate a seating area which could house my son who is able to seat on a baby chair. And any concerns I had regarding the whole dine in was strictly heard. Everyone around me seemed to enjoy a good time. They were happily picking their ingredients to cooking and eating. After a while, you could hear them engaging with one another. Overall, a thankful experience to have in a halal establishment in hong kong, and not to mentioned it being a buffet as well! *Also to add on that as I went during the non-peak timing, the place was close to half full. But considering the size of the place, the staff did an amazing job.👍🏻

the queue system is terrible, and this is the first time I took a queue number but had to pay when I haven't even entered. the waiter said 30 minutes but I only entered after an hour of waiting. and don't you guys have a mic or something? calling in a small voice is kinda annoying because I have to get closer with so many people. the service even the QR code system is terrible, my god, I waited 30 minutes to get my soup? what a waste of time. Also, I suggest not coming on weekends, my seat was at the end so every time some of it was always gone without a trace, even the other condiments I had to fight over? it was so funny 😂 I've never been this annoyed, the only positive thing is the beef was decent.
