Ordered kampung fried rice and tea. Rice is tasty but pricey for a few ikan bilis. Hot drinks are reasonably priced and nice. Staff are nice and efficient. There is a noodle stall and an economic rice stall too but it's halal.

Was in the area when I noticed the area which one had amazing Thai food and pig organ soup had been replaced by Lepak One Corner. Although the place was only recently open for operation, the lights on the signboard were already faulty-- not a good sign at all (no pun intended). Although it was touted as a 24 hour eatery, the interior was dim and gloomy and many of the stalls have not begun operation as of this review. The seafood stall had a couple of stingrays on the ice display while the noodle stall beside it had a cluttered looking menu of halal versions of local chinese food. I decided to *attempt* to order the Chinese food stall, however even as I repeatedly called out to place my order, I was ignored by the cook who was busy preparing online orders even though there were no customers in the queue. I guess the place has earned its namesake, but not for it's customers but the utterly poor service and ambience.

We were looking forward to a sambal stingray with a punch. There was a promotion and this stingray cost $15. We also ordered a kailan.. (no photo of it) As Asians, we look for Heat aka Wok Hey... and there was none in these 2 dishes we ordered. I think the Kailan was cooked in a "thermo mix" type of machine. I doubt we will return for a meal.... 🤔

Foo: nice but exp. Drink normal and exp also. Service: order already then take yrself. Buy drink also no straw. Atmosphere: want to be hipster place but many shops no one rent yet so not happening yet. Want to ask, economy rice beside yassin halal or not? If not Halal, then shouldn't be there. Will come again if become more hip! For now, I eat more at cantine at Canberra plaza

Wanted to try out the place since the initial environment looks unique and cosy ever since the Thai food has relocated. This is my review. Carbonara totally tasteless, little source and without any ingredient. Chicken over cook, dry and taste overnight, price expensive. Chicken cutlet and Ayam penyet overly fried , dry and taste overnight, price expensive Overall is not recommended for anyone to visit the place. I Probably won’t visit for awhile. I have wrote this review in Hopes that the management can really do something to improve on their food quality, services and adjust their price to makes it more reasonable.

Tried the Mao Shan Wang ice cream selling at $4.50, disappointed, tasted like strong essence only Reminiscing the previous stalls here, queh chap, indian and Malay food, coffee stall, where are all of them? This new concept I do not think they can hold longer with these food standards in honesty. Kampong Yassin I tried the fish ball noodle and it was extremely awful.

2nd time around and service hasn't improved. Waiting time is long. Cleanliness is poor. Tables not cleaned. Tray collection point overflow. Food is so so. Staff doesn't seem to be motivated. Much room for improvement on so many aspects. Hope something will change...for the better..

Honestly it’s a good concept Looks great and clean But the food variety is pretty little Feel like it is targeting the Malay community more Kimchi pancake tasted very bad Food is all on the higher side Nasi lemak $8.50 The chicken was very tough think it has been refried several times already Overall will not come by again

Came here for late lunch at about half past two. There wasn’t any crowd. This food centre is relatively new. There are halal and non halal stalls. About half of them weren’t open yet. I think the place will be bustling at night as the Halal Mookata buffet starts only at 4pm. Kampung Yassin seems to be the main vendor here. Hence my review is for them and Abang Lok Lok. Abang Lok Lok This is a popular street food in Malaysia. Brought back memories of late night snacking around Bukit Bintang area. However, all the snacks here were served deep fried. A big mistake for the Innochi Mushroom wrapped with slice sausage cos it got burned. Other snacks were generally came from packs of frozen food. I love their help-yourself sambal corner which offers four types of sambal! I particularly like the green chilli sambal and the red chilli belacan sambal. Yassin Kampung This will be my third review of Yassin. My go to will always be the one at Woodlands (the original location). The problem with opening other outlets is when the owner does not monitor its consistency and left it entirely to the chef. The BBQ stingray, the best is still at the one in Woodlands. This one that we had was not grilled rather it was cooked on a flat hot stove. The fish was fresh, cooked nicely but lacked the charred which is the whole point of calling it BBQ sambal stingray. The sambal tasted good. We got the set lunch for $38. It came with Buttermilk Salted Egg Yolk chicken, fried kailan with mushroom, tom yam and fish crackers. The Buttermilk chicken was tasty and savoury. The crispy chicken bits carried the flavour or the gravy very well. The tom yam, well i was so-so, nothing to hype about. The sautéed vegetable is just any other that you can get at any typical zhi zhar place. 3 stars for the food we ordered. This place is easily accessible via the MRT as it is walking distance from Canberra station.

Atmosphere was so-so. Food choices pretty limited and pricey. At the time I went which was a weekday evening, they only had thai, western, mookata, korean, lok lok and indian stalls open. Decided to try the thai set for 2 pax from Yassin Kampung. What came was really a disappointment. Keropok overcooked and texture felt like left for a couple of days. Chicken was dry. You think chicken breasts are dry? Wait till you taste their salted egg chicken bites. Dry, cold and the sauce so little. Vege were normal. Felt like it could use a bit more of oyster sauce. Tom yum was so-so. Gave only 2 prawns and the squid. Omg, don’t get me started on the squid. Its soooo small urgh. They were the size of peas knowww *facepalm* Might as well put chunky ikan bilis instead right. And there’s more lemongrass/vege stalk rather than other items like seafood or meat. Overall, $38 for this kind of food? If they still serve this kind of supbar food, no wonder the rating like this. Totally not worth $38. And I had to wait 40 minutes for this mediocre food when Spize and enak-enak can serve it good and quicker. The teh ice is omg, soooo sweet and sooo milky. Where’s my tea :’( Bubble tea has more tea than this teh ice. I had to top up my own plain water to even finish it up. Bruh. The only silver lining is…I have decided to stop eating out for the meantime and cook instead. Thanks for the motivation yassin kampung. Totally WILL NOT recommend

Overall, the concept was nice... but it stops there. The food was bland. Price on the higher side. There were fewer people when I came, but the service was still slow. Sarang Burung Prata was ok-ok. Quite ex, though. Don't get the BBQ Korean Set. So not worth it. Don't get the Thai Chendol. Not sure what they're serving. The food tray return service was not cleared for about 2 hours. Was a bit mesy.

We ordered from Yassin Kampung and the Korean stall. Very slow service. All the food came about 40 minutes later. What’s worse is the Korean food was horrible. Extremely watery tofu stew. One of my family members said it was like drinking hot water. So tasteless and it was $13.50 (had to add-on rice as the stew alone does not come with rice or noodles). The place does look nice but I don't recommend for you to come unless you’re ok with long wait. Don’t waste your money on the Korean stall. Btw we came at 7.50pm on a Sunday evening. Not particularly crowded.

My family came down to try out this place and we were absolutely DISAPPOINTED The food from Yassin Kampong were all very bad. The fried noodle is too sweet - too much oyster and soy sauce. Omelette is $9 for a small plate. So expensive! The drinks are the worst. All diluted and tasteless. The only ok food is the Side Chicks chicken. From what I can see, there are a lot of empty stalls and no one was mending the dirty dishes. I think this place may be at risk of closing This place is expensive and I can see that there are a lot of empty stalls around.

Came here for the Satay only. Other food is very meh. Even the hot teh O tasted so bitter and was thick! Music was too loud and deafening. Blackpink on repeat.

I don't usually write reviews but this place warrants a bad review. Food unbelievably pricey and lack options. Drinks are at least $3.5. Sticks at the loklok is $1-3 per stick and you have to order MIN 10 STICKS. I just settle with dim sum to just get some food in and then exit this place. Lotus rice is $4.80 and is incredibly dry and small. Seafood roll is $3.80 and taste as good as frozen. Don't be lied with 5 stars review. They bribe free drinks to get them.

The place looks amazing only and its only good thing is the sound system with the accompanying music. However, everything else was bad. • Severely short staffed but I felt bad for the poor few staff who were working to churn out food for the numerous customers who came because they know of the place being 24 hours • Way too expensive food, nvm it’s it is delicious BUT it was not! • Tables were ALL unclean • There were mountains of dishes chucked aside, screaming to be washed (see pictures) • Unclean oily floors in front of stalls that I might as well ice-skate • We don’t know which stalls were open or close, we had to ring bells numerous times, I went to so many stalls and they either looked messy, unmanned or closed Seriously, how can you operate as a food establishment?

Some shops close at 10.40pm. Music volume too high for comfort. Foods taste so so only. Most of the tables are not cleaned,

If cannot handle 24-hour service, don’t do it. Half the stores not even open, those that are open don’t even have 80% of the options. Service for the food was very very slow as well, especially for the price we are paying (it’s like premium hawker prices). We bought 3 towers and they forgot to serve us 2 of them (we checked with them after 30 mins). Also, for such prices, portions are horrendously small. Cleanliness is horrible. Most unoccupied tables were dirty and uncleared. If you are looking for a supper spot, avoid this place at all costs.

The highlight of this place is the small fried chicken store. We bought the $20 "Racy Rachel" chicken set, which came with tater tots, mac and cheese and coleslaw as well. Highly recommend. Food from Yassin Kampung was subpar and overpriced, definitely not worth the price.

Definitely a victim of tiktok post. Should have validated with google review! Atmosphere is great, food is over priced for dining in an industrial area. Western food looks pathetic, fries look miserable. Army stew at 32/48! Sharing price list for anyone who wants to try out here.

I went there based on reviews on Instagram. 2 pm and nothing is open yet except for perhaps one shop only. Had to leave and came back another day around 5 pm to find the same shops not open. Ice cream & waffle station not available, canned drinks not cold. The Indian shop however presented a nice chicken Tikka and the naan was light and tasty! Yassin Kampong was operational and managed to get a dish that was too spicy and yet I ordered something for takeaway but when I reached home the order looked different from the picture.. typical! Don't promote wedges in a plate and replace it with regular fries. Satay shop was also non operational and said about 6 pm to start business. NOT 24 HOURS FOOD COURT!

Most horrible dinner ever… prices over rated, freshness 2/10.. services 1/10. The prawn was totally not fresh to the extend can’t be eaten. Spoken to staff and request a refund, he told us “why you take so many prawn, you already pay money what you want us to do..” I it’s legal, I will give you one tight slap.. please avoid this place at all costed… rather eat Maggie then here. Feedback to SFA please take action..

Not the type to leave a review but first of all the place is overhyped and dreadful. This place was literally the worst dinner I’ve ever had. Super OVERPRICED and at the same time food was AWFUL. $9 for a truffle fries that barely had the truffle tatse and small portion. Bought the char kueh that tatse like dough with little tiny bit of the filling??? Not only the food was BAD but the place is hella dirty and saw rats running around! God knows what’s happening in the kitchen. First and the LAST!

The first time, I went there for breakfast on a weekday, and there were more seats available. We ordered plain n garlic naan, tandoori chicken n masala chicken. The naan are freshly baked n e 2 dishes for 2 pax is quite generous n yummy. 2nd time also to breakfast on Saturday, quite crowded, we ordered BBQ stingray with petai (stinky beans), chop chai, seafood soup n rice. Foods served quite fast n hot. BBQ stingray is yummy with a generous portion of sambal to our liking. The 'Singapura Nasi Lemak' set is NiCe to our preference n the chilli a bit spicy. Over rall price : Reasonable. Atmosphere we have to give 2 stars, as we take an outdoor seat, it's SUPER stuffy, no ventilation, all fans not working n washing basin SUPER messy n dirty with water tap almost give way n shaking left n right while washing our hands 😀

We went on Saturday night after it had rained. The place was quite cool and windy after the rain. Not all the stalls were open, but we ordered the roti sarung burung for $8 and naan with masala chicken for $12. Both were quite nice to my taste. The tables were cleaned, and the atmosphere was comfortable too.

Not usually one to be picky with food or leave a bad review but the carbonara pasta literally smelled inedible. Took one bite and couldn’t stomach to finish the rest. The indian food had many positive reviews though. Would only come back to try the indian food.
