KNS really kanasai Used to come regularly but lately a few things have happened 1) prata has been cooked soft and served cold with very little ingredients for example the bomb had practically no condense milk or sugar. May as well be plain Prata 2) the price is ridiculous! 5 dollars for meatless mee goreng (essentially tasted worse than a 50 cent packet from NTUC) with 1 dollar for each additional egg. 4 dollars for roti bomb 3) they served every other customer before coming to us even though we ordered first. The other customers were Indian... Could that have been the reason? 4) we tried to be as specific as possible but teh ice became teh o room temperature and one bomb became two and mee goreng with egg sunny side up, soft center, fried etc became goreng with egg mixed in 5) all the previous commenters are spot on, these guys are extremely inept, uncaring, unprofessional, over charging and possibly even racist. Did they purposely screw up everything I asked for two days in a row? When I've made the same order before long ago with no problems? Do not give them a chance. I tried to and I'm seriously disappointed. They want to get rid of people like me, fine, never eating there again

Very bad. I ordered through Grap. Veg meal 6$.. Little rice with 3 veg. Thats all. One veg , the taste is horrible. No rasam, no buttermilk, buppadam.. nothing... Please do not use this KNS restaurant Jurong west Ave 1.. Usless taste and service

I ordered 2 egg prata & 2 egg cheese prata turns out to be $11 not only that I came home eating only 1 egg prata because the other prata was an onion prata like??? The person making the prata even repeated my order to me and he made it wrong???

I want to be fair here I came and ordered garlic Nann and butter chicken They gave me curry chicken and refused to acknowledge their mistake This meal turned out to be a salty curry nightmare The meal was exorbitantly expensive and curry was at best salty poor Poor mistake no recovery not a desirable place to come back

The menu here is intimidating because it contains Indian, Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese options. However, this being a halal restaurant with all the cooks appearing Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, or Bangladeshi, I chose the Indian dishes. I enjoyed my food and drinks and hope to re-visit. (August 2022)

Bad experience of ordering from this shop. They charged tulang merah 5pcs for $20. I even called to check if my order was missing but their small is 3pc and their large is 5pc which is totally not worth. Not gonna buy from here again.

This place is a health hazard, hygiene is the worst and living in the area I can tell meat is kept outside all night on the back of the shop with rats regularly having access to the food. This place should be controlled by SFA asap

We call before driving all the way down then they say open , when we reach we wind down the window and ask again are they open they say open then as we about to walk in the shop they say close. They say shop open but no item to sell. Really KNS!!! Stated down 24hours but not . No wonder 2.4stars review , don know how this ppl do business.

I can assure you that this review overrules other reviews given on this shop.(no matter what others says about this shop being great or whatever) I had to wait for 45 mins which I ordered pick up from 4.30am. Mind you there was nobody. I arrived 15 mins prior my order and I told them my order number. I guess they thought It was a grab order so they didn’t even bother about me. I played my game and then little did I know it is already 515am and when I asked about my order then they were about to be done. Had a long chat with a grab rider and he told me this shop and all the chains that have kns name in it is either very slow and food quality so so.(unfortunately for me the chicken is full with bones so yeah really really disappointed) So if I were you, be wary to order food from them. Inadequate services are not tolerated in 2024.
