Best Crispy Plain Roti Prata on the island! My search for the best Crispy prata in Singapore ends here! Love the fish curry too. There's always a queue, but it moves fast. Friendly and excellent service! Perfect for anytime of the day!

Was nearby to run errands and chanced upon this stall. Egg for $2 and kosong for $1.30. There’s a set for 2 kosong and chicken drum curry at $4.90 which is worth trying. Prata prepared with dedication upon order. Hot and crispy! All other options on the menu looks delicious and reasonably priced especially with inflation.

We went to the new outlet at Macpherson to try out their Crispy pratas! Place is quite easily accessible and not hard to find. The pratas are definitely one of the crispiest we have ever tasted! It’s not overwhelmingly oily and tasted good with the curries. The kids really enjoyed it too!

Take my words with a pinch of salt because I’m simply not a fan of crispy prata. Give this spot a shot because I was really hoping to have Prata that morning. What’s impressive is that pratas are all made to order. There’s a bit of waiting (~5 mins) but I think it’s worth the wait. Another impressive element is the selection of fish curry, dhal and dalcha available. As the accompaniments are perhaps more authentic, it may not suit the tastebud of the typical folk. Whilst I indeed found the Prata to be crispy, I had quite a fair bit of burnt bits. The crispy nature of the Prata meant that it doesn’t pick up the sauces as well as the softer doughy version. The crispiness makes it particularly cloy and oily. I felt like I really needed a detox at the end of the meal. Overall, unimpressed. I’ll stay far away from it, but feel free to give it a shot if you enjoy crispy pratas.

Didn't live up to all the blogs and posts in socmed about the food n service here. Totally disappointed at what I had. The crispy prata wasn't crispy anymore half way through, the egg prata was so-so but what was terrible was the chunk of mutton (bone-in) and the accompanying curry. Lots of leaves, twigs, and other chunky bits of spices instead of a nice smooth curry for dipping (see photo). I asked if the chunk of mutton could be cut into smaller pieces and was told the mutton comes like that. Was really messy trying to cut it up to eat myself. I've had so much better at a few other popular prata joints and therefore wouldn't recommend this place.

The crispy prata here is really very good, as was the onion and egg prata. We also ordered the chicken byrani, which was tasty. The rice was lightly spiced and delicious, while the chicken was a generous portion and was generally moist, though there were parts that were dry. The curry had odd bits of fat and tasted more of mutton. Just wondered why there was only one pack of curry for three pratas and a byrani. We will try the thosai and murtabak next time.

Came here for a weekend brunch. Coffeeshop was already crowded at 11am and the queue at KhairunMiyah has started snaking. Ordered Chicken Biryani, the speciality Crispy prata and Kothu Prata. The Chicken Biryani looks plain but is oh so deceptively flavourful. The Basmati rice used is of quality, cooked fluffy and tastes almost like ghee rice. We ordered the curry chicken with gravy and it's a great accompaniment to the rice. Chicken thigh was tender and breaks easily when parted with a spoon. The Crispy Prata is what KhairunMiyah is known for and doesn't disappoint. The prata dough is fried to a crisp biscuit-like consistency. We ordered the plain Crispy prata (minimum order of 2 fyi) and enjoyed it thoroughly. It's not oily but definitely decadent and not for the health conscious. The Kothu Prata was the surprise star and something different to try. First off, Kothu Prata is not widely available in the local Indian/mamak stores selling prata. It's a South Indian dish that literally means chopped prata (Kothu is Tamil for chopped). After the regular prata dough is chopped, it is then fried with spices before being served. The Kothu Prata at KhairunMiyah is very flavourful, not stingy with the curry leaves, though a tinge spicy. 3 dishes ordered, top marks to all of them. Staff is also attentive to your orders and the queue though long, is fast moving. Definitely recommended and definitely coming back.

Had these at Hougang outlet. The curry is flavorful, prata crispy & the fried rice has room for improvement. Kothu prata is very unique & I love the taste although I’ve tried the sambal version elsewhere.

Real reason why its crispy its because they deep fried it. Thats why queue clears fast, and its crispy. If you want pay 2 dollar for the egg one, because its deep fry its really good, eggs go well with it.

Khairun Miyah Indian Muslim Food 📍560 MacPherson Road, Stall 1, Singapore 368233 ⏲️Daily 7am to 8pm Looking for outrageous addictive crispy roti prata? Newly opened in Nov 2022, this MacPherson outlet of this famous shop is serving not only crispy prata, you can also find Roti John, Murtabak, Dosai, Briyani and Goreng Goreng here. You can look forward to a good spread of food which is perfect for gatherings. Ample parking lots are available nearby. Featured: 🔥Plain crispy prata, cheese prata & double egg onion prata: Prata were made fresh only upon order using dough freshly made daily at their physical stall itself. These were the most crispy and addictive roti prata I have had so far. The exterior of plain crispy prata had an enjoyable "biscuit" type texture and totally not oily. The cheese prata and double egg onion prata were packed with fillings and had an eggy and fluffiness in the middle. For first timers, go for their plain crispy prata for the best experience. 🔥Coin prata: Crispy on the outside with a burst of sweet and savoury flavour in the middle! This paired so well with curry. Must try! 🔥 Chicken Murtabak: Flavourful and generous fillings! Good for sharing. Glad to try different curries and fish curry was my favorite among all as it was rich yet not overly spicy and gave enough kick and paired well with the pratas and Murtabak.

The food is not up to expectations. Maggi goreng is soft and not fried enough, prata boom has lack of sugar.
