Food is nicely portion and tasty. Service is good but can be better. I have seen self-entitled customers being rude to Auntie who assigned seats. Each have their role, no need to make things difficult. I felt the restaurant should strictly queue to order then assign seat. This can avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers. And suggest the restaurant have little basket to put bags so customers do not need extra seat to place their bags. 😅

Pretty meh. Haven’t been to Kenny roger in a long time, I remember as more of a restaurant than a fast food. Restaurant price but service and food quality more to fast food. Have to pay and order at the counter first. The $3.50 mushroom soup pretty decent like those can soup. The fish and chip pretty decent too. Fries were pretty crispy and Mac and cheese is good. Grilled salmon a little overcooked but not too dry. The skin of the salmon over-seasoned so quite salty but crispy. The sauce goes well with the salmon. The mash potatoes and muffin are good but will not recommend the potato salad as it is quite bland and mix with white sauce that does not taste like mayo. Chicken pasta aglio olio was quite oily and bland. Had to ask them for salt and wasn’t spicy as well. Overall is 6/10. A bit overpriced. $60+ total expecting more quality food

The food is great, but the outlet can be made cleaner as insects kept flying around. Activating the pay wave mode of payment would also be helpful for those whom have long abandoned cash!

Good lunch with fellow colleagues at KRR! The steak and chicken chop are well cooked. It also comes with a muffin and 2 sides for selection.

One of the better Kenny Rogers' outlets. Overall, the food were delicious especially the roasted chicken, potato salad and corn bread. But Mac and Cheese tasted a tad bland. Staff were courteous in the midst of dinner busy-ness. Nevertheless, positive experience and will patronise again.

The quarter chicken with original sauce is still as good. Meat is tender. The 2 piece fried chicken is unevenly battered and fried. Taste still acceptable. Fish and chips is average to us.

My order of Quarter Chicken: 1 Chicken was served with original gravy - however, they placed 3 bowls on top of the gravy! Is that hygienic? That's a Fail for plating. 2 Biscuit has shrunken in size - was hard & dry 3 Mac & Cheese tasted very much diluted 4 Mashed potato was cold & dry We certainly didn't get our money's worth! :/

The food came with lukewarm or even cold temperature. I am kind of surprised if it is roasted on the spot, the temperature suggest it is otherwise roasted much earlier and heated up before serving . The mashed potato is too peppery for my taste and the homemade muffin is too dry. The chicken is actually juicy and tasty , I am not happy with the temperature served to customer. For this price I can get better food elsewhere.

Come here if you want diarrhea. The cold pasta and chicken chop is sour! Even after changing. Staff tried and also noted is spoilt! Fried chicken and muffin is so tough to bite into. The fries is so stale. The only thing edible is the vegetables. After changing 2 times. The manager only refund partial of the dish. The staff are really friendly and apologetic. But I feel the manager just want to pay us and ask us to leave. Won't be back here again.

OMG! unfriend fried chicken were exquisite. The muffin was worth the try for he first time. Sides were high-quality. The $1 drink-&-soup top-up left me full and satisfied.

The roasted chicken in both dishes are good. Love the black pepper sauce. Mac and cheese kind of bland. Overall a decent meal.

No free seating. We were chased off by two staff to sit in front, reason being they were closing; it was 8:12pm. We explained that we prefer sitting towards the back for more privacy. Our decision was not respected, so we moved to the front as ordered. Spicy tomato cream pasta ($12.90) was served within a minute. Cutleries were given upon asking. Taste of pasta was alright; some chilli padi, some minced chicken and salty diced tomatoes. The grilled chicken chop came with two sides and a seasonal muffin ($16.90). For the portion it was not worth the price, food taste wise not too bad. The chicken chop had a slightly crispy skin but a little salty for me, coleslaw had a crunchy & lemony taste. No set meal (e.g soup + drinks) as option for dinner. Overall, our dining experience would be better if we could have free seating. We wouldn’t visit again as it wasn’t a valuable meal.

The food is nowhere nearly as good as the "old" restaurants in North America (which no longer exist). They don't have proper rotisserie chicken. The food was luke warm and we had to wait 25 minutes for it. We were so hungry we ate anyway. The staff was nice, but service was very slow - maybe not enough staff? The restaurant was pleasant-looking and clean, but we won't be back as the food was not good, and not cheap.

Food was alright. We tried the steak and half chicken with biscofe muffin & corn muffin. Chicken was good , cook just right, steak however was over cooked despite request for medium. Flavours were alright. Corn muffin still tasted ok after all these years , just abit hard. Biscofe muffin tasted more like Chinese huat kueh.onion rings were cold , so likely won’t order again. Overall great service and atmosphere.

It’s been a few years since I tried Kenny Roger’s. The chicken is not bad but not as good as before. They revamped the entire menu to include more dishes. The old Kenny Rogers chicken did not have sauce and was flavorful enough to eat on its own. The new one comes with black pepper sauce or brown sauce. It’s not too bad but the sauce kind of makes it similar to Hawker center western food. The student meal is very worth it and the broccoli Mac & Chesse is delicious! The fish and chips was average and the soup (not in the picture) is tasty the garlic cream chicken was nice but gets gerlak easily. Please note to change from breast to thigh meet add $1. To change corn muffin to honey muffin add $0.70. The muffin was delicious All in all a friendly place to bring kids there. It’s a good cost environment for family dinners.

Ordered the family set for 4 and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and portions. Chicken is flavourful, tender and pairs well well with the sauce. Sides are decent too.
