We visited this establishment upon receiving feedback from my friends positive experience at a sister branch, ie. The original bbq house in Waltham abbey. I was instantly tempted by the variety of smokey and tender meats & have been eagerly awaiting my visit. I am happy to report that the positive reviews are real and that the food is highly delectable. My friend and I ordered a 3 piece beef taco portion and a 2 person platter, consisting of a large beef rib on the bone, beef brisket, sausage, chicken wings and lamb ribs. The tacos were soft and filled with super soft beef ( I think brisket?) a thin layer of avocado and pico de gallo on top. Perhaps mild in flavor but dipped in the spicy mayo served with it, absolutely super, uber delicious and very moreish indeed. The platter came with a big basket of crispy and satisfying oily, chunky fries. I am happy to report that none were soggy or undercooked; every single one was crispy and delicious … and just perfect on side of all the yummy meats served. The sausage and wings were by far my favorite, as both had a gorgeous deep smokey flavor to them and the wings were drenched in this incredible tangy/ slightly spicy marinade. The brisket was so tender it absolutely fell apart at the slightest touch of the fork, as did the beef rib. I was a bit on the fence about the lamb ribs; as in my humble opinion they lacked a bit of flavor or smokeyness. They were mainly peppery… but nonetheless tender and yummy, especially when dipped in one of their condiments. I also enjoyed how the meats were rather tame in flavor; as most smoke houses tend to drown meats in bbq sauce. This one offered a variety of condiments such as mayo, ketchup, bbq and American mustard so that one could decide how to garnish and flavor their smokey meat. The meat was also sprinkled with coarse salt which was very delectable. I also enjoyed the coleslaw that was not like the regular coleslaw we know, dripping in mayo and sickly. No, this coleslaw was crispy and perfect to balance out the fatty meats. Apart from the condiments and coleslaw, we were served pots of jalapeños and gherkins. I thought the staff were all super friendly and smiley and quick to help or answer any questions. I feel the service added to my over all very positive opinion of this establishment. I had been dreaming of eating grilled meats since a long time & found that at £50 for the 2 person platter it both hit the quality and value for money mark. It’s also worth noting that the restaurant looked clean and neat inside, same goes for the bathrooms on site. I have attached some pics of the food my friend and I enjoyed, as well as my ‘food baby’ post eating. I didn’t over eat so I must warn that perhaps the salt and fat content are very high per dish, and if you are prone to bloating, perhaps pace yourself. I’d however defend the restaurant by saying that their food was unique, fresh and definitely worth visiting and trying!!! Looking forward to my next visit. My friend asked me to rate it and as I exclaimed to him and one of the waitresses; 12/10!

The servers were friendly and very helpful on my first visit here. The restaurant is dimly lit and spacious. It was very noisy despite the restaurant not having many customers at the time of my visit. The music in the background was also playing loudly. The food we ordered was on the whole well presented and well cooked, but I found the lamb and beef bland in taste, hence the need for sauces. The Chipotle sauce and drinks (smoothie and mojito) were delicious.

This place is great, from the food to the staff to the venue itself! The food first is amazing and if you like BBQ, this is definitely the place for you, I can recommend pretty much all the Burgers, the Brisket, Burnt Ends, Chops, Chips, Mac and Cheese Triangles, Onion Rings, Salad. The portions are great too! The Manager and staff are also great, attentive and accommodating to your needs and preferences, so friendly and always make sure you have everything you need. The venue is great, it is a large space and has a variety of different seating options for a group of people or two people and the front of the venue opens to provide the most relaxing breeze when the weather is hot and there is also AC further into the space, there is loads of parking right outside or there is an Asda car park close by, can't recommend enough, will definitely be returning, gotta try the whole menu at this point!!! Pictured are the Loaded Burger with Brisket inside, Pulled Lamb burger, Mac & Cheese Triangles, Habanero Wings and Chips.

Went on Father's Day with the family. The atmosphere was very family orientated and friendly. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing!!! I can't stress how wonderful, tender and delicious it was. We had a meat platter, steaks, and burnt ends. Absolutely first class... can't wait to go back again. Its my new favourite local place. Well done to the team, and may you continue with your success... your reviews are impressive!

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely, attentive member of the team and one of the chefs. The kitchen is open and runs alongside the entrance, which gives a great first impression. We were given a choice of tables, which is always nice, and both options had plenty of room. We were served by the lovely Sab, who was brilliant and helped us decide on our steaks. My mum and son went for the ribeye, sharing the mac & cheese bites and onion rings, while I went for the Dallas (the ribeye on the bone) with a side portion of the smoked beef marrow bone. Drinks arrived shortly after ordering. The staff were fantastic throughout. They were attentive and there exactly when needed, without being over-imposing. The steaks and sides were cooked to absolute perfection. Perfectly tender, juicy meat with the best pairing of sides and sauces. This is an amazing restaurant with an incredible menu that fully satisfied all three of us. We will absolutely be back soon. The only problem is deciding what to get next time. Do we go steak again, or try the tacos, the burgers, or the burnt ends? The list goes on. Thank you so much! 🎶 "Did somebody say Just Meat" 🎶 (Sorry, couldn't resist!)
