Really enjoyed the Turkish food here! The food was fresh, flavourful and well prepared. The lamb was tender & juicy. The portions were generous. Great service and a nice atmosphere too. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who loves authentic Turkish cuisine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you’re visiting Arab Street, Istanbul Authentic Restaurant is a must-try. The star of the meal is undeniably their lamb. Whether you order the lamb shanks or the kebabs, the meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with traditional spices without any gamey taste. It literally melts in your mouth! A special shoutout to LJ, who made our dining experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and accommodating from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on, and his great service truly elevated the entire meal. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and unbeatable hospitality—we’ll definitely be coming back!

A stop at Istanbul Grill’s & Cafe fit perfectly into a relaxed food walk around Arab Street. I liked how it matched the lively neighborhood feeling, with plenty going on nearby and a nice casual vibe once we sat down. It was a good place to pause, eat, and take in the area before heading on.

We ate here on May 31, 2026, while looking for a place to dine along Arab Street, and we're so glad we chose this restaurant. LJ greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. He was incredibly patient and attentive in catering to our needs, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. He is truly a gem! The food was delicious, and the ambiance was great. We'd also like to thank the busking brother who played music nearby—it added so much to the wonderful vibe of the evening. Thank you, LJ, and the entire team for a memorable experience. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
