Rather quick and fast service, good for grab and go. Affordable prices for old school homely-style fastfood with the $5 (chicken burger) & $5.50 (fish burger) which comes with burger, fries, drink and a sauce dip. Burger bun was disappointing, feels like those that you buy from the supermarket with zero work added on. Would greatly elevate the experience if the bun could be lightly steamed, toasted or even air-fried 😋 Chicken patty was substantial though but the fish seems to be rather overfried today. I like the wide variety of the sauce though! Had the cheese (can't go wrong) and lime mayo (tangy! yummy, tho on the sour side). Looking forward to try others like the wasabi & curry honey mustard 🤤 Overall, rather value at this price point. Shall let the pictures do the talking!

Located within Woodlands MRT. Tried their teriyaki burger, it was ok and taste wise, was better than the curry honey mustard burger..Patties were big n chunky.Has Lettuce & a piece of tomato.Bun could have been better. For the price point, it's ok.

The uncle customer service is great but the food quality is poor. I ordered chicken wings set with crispy chicken skin 1) The dough is so thick that I can still taste it 2) the crispy chicken skin is not clean. I can clearly see it's fur. 3) the meal does not come with vegetables. Would be nice to add on for a balance meal I don't think I will buy it again.

First time purchase. After eating the hotdog, stomach started churning, and next thing had diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc. Contracted food poisoning.

Following up on the success of Old Chang Kee, Dip ‘n’ Go expands on the freshly-fried goodies and offerings.

I recently tried the chicken satay at this place, and while the size was disappointingly tiny (literally pinky-sized), I must say it was surprisingly tasty. The flavor was good, although not quite like the traditional satay I'm used to. Despite the size hiccup, I still enjoyed the dish.

Tester or trap? The portion of qq fries was too funny. I really thought I bought a food tester back, I don’t even need an extra stick with this portion.

Got their chicken pops, a burger, and their hersheys drink tday. Chicken pops was quite meh, it tasted well but it was super hard, it was most likely not freshly made and they didnt even bother reheating the food as the packaging wasnt even warm. Their burger tasted great with their flavourful sauce and juicy chicken. It was all great till I chewed on a hard piece of plastic in the burger... Dip'n'go has truly dipped in every single aspect and I'm quite dissapointed...I came here to get some fast, tasty, and comfort burgers but ended up pulling a whole piece of plastic out my mouth instead...I really hope they work on this and train their employees better. Even though I had a bad experience today, I still see myself ordering their food as I've fallen in love with their burgers, and have been eating them when I feel down for years. Its basically my comfort food. I just hope they are more careful next time, especially since they are handling food. It'd be great if Dip'n'go could return to its former glory!

The fish otah burger portion was really generous, especially with the thick patty. The baby squid is delicious as well. However, the service could have been better. As it's my first time buying a meal in this store as I was unaware of the side choices, I asked whether are there options. Instead of being directed to the choices, I received the sarcastic remarks, "Yeah of course, you want me to choose for you is it?".

Dip n Go has fallen off from what used to be a great affordable fast food outlet. I used to frequent this outlet up until last year. I decided to give it another go this year but was left disappointed because of the following changes: - Firstly, the price of the set meals has increased from $5 to $6.5-$6.9. - The amount of chicken skin they give as a side is tiny, about 1/2 or less of what they used to give. I'm not sure about the other sides but I would assume it's the same. - They started using canned/carton drinks which means you get less drink for the price. Overall, I can understand a bit of price increase because of the current economic changes, but what I can't justify is an increase of $1.5 and yet the quantity and quality of the food has dropped. And I still can't believe this kind of outlet is under the management of a well known brand like Old Chang Kee, it's a shame on them.
