Ordered crispy oyster omelette and it was crispy but burned. You'll have the taste of the burned egg. Also the oyster tasted bitter and off. The point of eating oyster omelette was the oyster but I managed to eat 2-3pcs of it only. Another order is hokkien mee, and it has a so-so taste. Not really something I'll order again. Tenderbest's fried chicken skin has the same taste as any branch and that's a positive note. Overall, if I crave for these food, I'll skip this place and try another place.

Friend introduced the breakfast set from Toko Ngopi. $3 for a breakfast set is very good price and bread is nicely toasted. Eggs are nicely cooked at 63° Do support their drink stall. Good! Disappointed is the Chendol, so unlike the Changi Village outlet. Too sweet and one dimensional.

Love the interior deco. I like the crispiness of the chickens from tenderfresh. You can order western food, noodles, seafood, chicken rice, kuih, and drinks from here. Option of indoor or outdoor seating.

I must give it to them for the effort in trying to bring a twist to hawker food. The presentation is beautiful & the taste is great without compromising the original taste. I like their popiah; seaweed with popiah skin and decorated with pork floss. Thank you for innovating & make eating so enjoyable :)

After dining at this restaurant, me and my fam had these few remarks about the food: Picture better looking than food; almost every thing has cheese and mayonnaise! Portion are too big! Bad point aside, let’s talk about the good points! Some of the food like the chicken cutlet and the garlic bread were super! Absolutely different from the usual type of garlic bread! The food all came quickly and the staff were polite and courteous. Would recommend this to people wanting a different type of fast food / hawker dinner!

Good good good. Lovely hawker fare in a shopping mall. I understand it's part of the Tendefresh grpup. I love the Nasi Lemak. Something that we always order. It was of good value at less than $10. Look at the serving, it was generous! The signature platter was quite a big serving and priced at about $32 (quite pricey). The popiah (spring roll) and prawn noodle (with prawns and squid) were fairly nice. The place gets fairly crowded after 6:00 pm in the weekends. If you have a bigger family do arrive earlier. Enjoy!

Price: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 It is a nice restaurant to eat. There is enough room to seat 40 people. Wide variety of Western and Asian food to choose from. Due to the cold environment, food do get cold quickly so one may spend lesser time to chill, eat and talk. Overall this place is suited for family and friends and it is not crowded.

Tried before the carrot cake and it was good but disappointed with my visit today. Firstly saw them ignore a plate of Kway Teow and Carrot Cake that was sitting on their counter for a good 20-30minutes. (Their buzzer order system had failed) When the customer came to enquired about his food they simply allowed the customer to collect the food not offering to redo a new one. Secondly, I ordered the Oyster Omelette and it wad nothing like what was shown in the picture or what oyster omelette should be. Lots of charred/burnt bits. We ended up not finishing our meal. Really disappointed with this store.

I ordered two packets of fried carrot cake but all I get for both packets are burned egg with small bits of carrot cake. This is not the way to do business and sell to your customers. 😡

So the premise is called Kedai Kopi @ Haig Road. Hawkerman Street Kitchen is only one of the many stalls in the food court. It seems like most of the reviewers don't make this distinction as some of the reviews (both positive & negative) are actually based on food from other stalls. Funnily enough, when they get a low rating due to other stalls, they are quick enough to respond and point out this fact. But at the same time, they have no problem silently accepting the slew of positive misdirected ratings. These ratings are probably inflating their rating as there is no way their food was a 4-star experience. We tried 2 dishes from this stall and both were a letdown. In the picture, you can see that their oyster omelette are just discrete thin slices of eggs & patches of batter. Oyster omelettes should have more volume to them. (I noticed that the name on the menu is "crispy oyster omelette" to be exact. I am not sure if the word "crispy" is supposed to add another dimension to the typical oyster omelette.) Also, some parts were just gloppy strand of uncooked better. As for the Hokkien mee, it has too much wetness probably because they didn't use the right technique - which is to add the stock ladle by ladle & let the stock almost evaporate before adding the next ladle. The Hokkien mee was literally stewing in the stock. By right, the liquid should be heavily reduced and kinda "suspended" amongst the noodles. It should definitely not be a noodle soup dish. Putting aside the consistency, the dish barely had any flavor. So even if we put aside the expectation of what a Hokkien mee should be, we didn't enjoy the dish on its own.

Food is ok but ther service really will make a good day bad. I ordered & was given a buzzer, when food ready, he just food it on the counter. Buzzer did not vibrate, they refused to look for me. Just throw it on the counter. When I approached the counter, not even an acknowledgement. I am supposed to grab & go. I have to guess if the food in the box is mine?
