Step into bread heaven! 🥐✨ There’s something about a small shop with a massive oven that just feels right. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the scent of fresh dough and spices. 🏘️🔥 This spot is helmed by a former 5-star hotel chef from the Middle East, and you can really tell—the pastry is light, the fillings are generous, and they even offer to reheat them so they’re perfectly crispy for you! 🌡️🙌 I went on a tasting spree and tried their 6 mini-pastry stars: 🥩 Angus Beef & 🥫 Cheese & Corned Beef: These two are like savory twins! Both feature an open-face design with a rich, minced meat filling mixed with onions and spices. They look and taste very similar—hearty, solid, and packed with deep, savory flavor. If you’re a fan of a classic "meaty" bite, you can’t go wrong with either! 🇦🇺🐑 Australian Lamb: The cute triangular one! It has that distinct, authentic Middle Eastern spice profile. It’s fragrant and bold without being too "gamey." 🌭 Beef Hotdog: A total crowd-pleaser. It’s a thick, snappy beef sausage wrapped in dough and topped with white sesame. Perfect bread-to-meat ratio and super satisfying. 🌭✨ 🧀🐔 Cheese & Chicken Luncheon: A thinner crust wrapping a mild, savory mix of chicken and melted cheese. It’s a very comforting, gentle flavor combo. 🦃🧀 Turkey Ham & Cheese: The visual showstopper! 🌟 The bright yellow cheese peeks through the golden crust. It’s creamy with thin slices of smoky turkey ham. 🧀🔥 These are perfect for a quick snack or a light lunch. They’re small but pack a huge punch of flavor!

Extremely disappointing. The pastries were dry and tasted as though they had been sitting out for days, despite our visit at 11 a.m. We came eager to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern flavors, but what was served fell far short of the Jordanian pastries we know well. The shop advertises Jordanian specialties, yet the quality is nowhere near what you’d expect. To add to the letdown, the place only offers pick-up, which makes the experience even less appealing.
