Ordered a black forest cake. Staff Zhi Yung was exceptionally patient. Leng Leng also served us well. Bought custard puffs to try based on their recommendation

I was attended to by Jamila. What a delightful person. Always smiling , patient and polite although she was so busy. Very fare to have this kind of staff these days in Singapore. Keep it up.

We ordered two plates of seafood horfun and one breakfast platter during our visit. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The taste of the food was average at best and not particularly delicious. The seafood horfun also had very little seafood, and the portion could definitely be better. Considering the price we paid and the fact that it is self-service, it really didn’t feel worth it. We expected better value and quality. Another issue we noticed was that there were flies flying around even though the dining area is air-conditioned, which made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.

I would like to share my personal experience with a lady staff who wears black uniform. Her name is Leng Leng. She replaced my plate of omelette with toast bread after I told her that I saw a bird was eating my food when I return to my seat. I wanted to pay for the 2nd plate which she replaced as it was not her fault for the bird’s action (should have entered the mall from side entrance auto door). But she keep telling me is okay, I can just have the new plate of food as she understands that the food should not be consumed. I would like to applaud her warm gesture and being kind, understanding and responsible in handling situations at her own discretion. Thanks Leng Leng.

Ordered breakfast today and noticed the new plastic bag used by Hanis for delivery. While the bag is nice I think it is not suitable for putting food in. Your bag shd have a square base so that the food rests properly to avoid spillage (ordered tea). Even if you have packaged the drinks well. Sometimes delivery guy tend to hang the food on the door handle. If you happen to be late, the drinks may spill. Hope that you can make this improvement. Your food is good although getting more and more expensive especially on Grab delivery.
