This is a popular stall known for their briyani, but I was craving something soupy, so I went for the beehoon soto. The queue on the right was for briyani, and there was no queue at the mee section, making it a perfect option if you are in a rush. I opted for the $4 portion and was pleasantly surprised that begedil were included. The portion was generous, with chunks of chicken meat and lots of beansprouts. I liked that the broth was lighter and less salty as compared to typical mee soto served elsewhere. Plus, the chili was less spicy, making this feel like a less sinful meal. As I was eating, the queue for briyani grew longer. I certainly will come back to try this signature dish next time.

First time trying, and do not disappoint. Perhaps not the nicest biriyani I have ever tasted, but was good. The crispy chicken biriyani is layout nicely and neatly that I have even seen in my life, fried chicken on top of the rice, achar by the side, curry in a separate bowl, very nice presentation. Portion is good for the price, chicken is crispy on the skin and tender inside. Curry and rice tasted good, but curry can be spicier and rice to have the 'heavier' kind of biriyani smell would be better, but I can see that it is perhaps more like a healthier version. Will recommend and be back again for sure.

I’ve worked >10yrs in the CBD area but this was first time I’ve tried Golden Nur Crispy Chicken. This is another stall to try which is alongside Chicken N Nice stall. I must say it was good! I’ve asked for less rice and chicken breast meat. The chicken meat was well seasoned but dry, and the chicken rice was tasty. It was a satisfactory lunch with the crispy bits, pineapple, cucumber and chilli sauce. A Q started to form around 1130 onwards, but serving is quite fast. Payment include QR or cash.

I was a regular 15 years ago and thought of coming to raffles just for this but somehow not as good as last time. Can feel here and there the idea behind the dish. Biggest problem is the lack of salt and blandness of chicken as the spice do not penetrate at all. I definitly remember it being a lot more tasty last time. Curry not too bad
