Frequent customer. A cozy, casual, reasonably priced cafe on West Coast Plaza level 1. Good coffee for sure, the pies and croissants are served hot & delicious.

I go to this outlet every other day for my coffee fix. I enjoy the space. It’s generally quite comfortable and especially when Barista Elisa is working; she’s amazing. I am quite particular about my coffee and she knows my usual order. The only time I feel like leaving the place is when the music gets too loud like a live band is playing. Even though I get that it’s F&B tactic to “chase” people out as soon as they’re done eating/drinking to generate more business, but having the music too loud when there are still many empty tables doesn’t quite make sense. Having said all that, it’s still a very nice cafe and its staff is generally pleasant and the coffee is good! I’m grateful to have a nice cafe like that in my neighborhood. Still loyal, Han

They are now open 24/7 with plenty of seating available. The only issue are the campers who come there to study, which is a problem at every coffee shop in SG to be honest. The service is good and coffee and food delicious. The kids especially love the strawberry chiller.. Decent selection of cakes and pastries too.

Spoilt for choices by the variety of drinks. Changed my mind a few times... The apple pie and chocolate cake were so so good. Will be back again soon.

This outlet is so awesome is soo many ways. If you enjoy sipping your coffee is a cosy darkish environment, this place is for you. It is so inviting.. Also, there is a nice raised sitting area. How cool is that. Really nice joint.. prices are okey and variety of drinks and food is good too. Enjoy.

I'll pick Gloria Jean's anytime over the other big boys. Best chilled brewed coffee! Durian chocolate fudge has been my personal choice here. A pleasant ambience for a personal tea time or a quiet date.

My usual hangout place for reading, working. Love their Hot chocolate… rich and creamy. Breakfast set are reasonably priced, $7.90 with brew coffee and nice croissant (ham and cheese or chicken frank). As a croissant and sausage lover, I always order their chicken sausage croissant with long black or sinful hot chocolate.

Nice interior, great coffee, also they offer skimmed milk as an option which is nice for latte lovers who are watching their calories. Best of all is the always friendly staff, who do pretty cool coffee art too. Consistently great coffee and a fun attitude by the staff, always makes for a pleasant visit. Enjoying the Christmas vibes too.

Best place if you are looking for 24hrs cafe! Nestled in West coast plaza, lots of seating area. Free WiFi if you need. Tried the muffins and cakes, yummy! One of the plus is that it's 24hrs. If you come by after the mall is closed, head to the side doors to enter.

drinks.and foods are tasty. we could smell rich aromatic coffee. We enjoyed a Butter chicken pie and ham cheese croissant. Only demerit is a difficulty to find empty seats.

Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered a large drink and you can see here that the glass is huge. I put an iphone 15 pro max at the side for comparison. And I like it that the drinks is served in a proper glass instead of a plastic cup.

A real hit and miss. Some baristas serve beautifully silky lattes that are not overheated and burnt (like when I went last Sunday around noon). But when I went today late afternoon, it wasn't great, with the milk over heated, even after saying that i want the latte just warm, not hot. The foam texture also needs some improvement. Update: Visited again on 29 Jan 2024 and the latte came good! The barista was even kind eenough to pop by my table later on to let me know I can say "120F" for the temperature when ordering next time, since I want it less hot. Appreciate baristas who are passionate about their craft and being so nice to want to help me with my order!

This is a really nice and welcoming branch of the Gloria Jean's chain of cafes. It's located on the ground floor of the West Coast Plaza mall. It is open 24/7, which is something that joggers like me who need a cup of coffee before doing their morning run really appreciate. The place offers free WiFi to customers.
