One of my top choices whenever craving for Nasi Lemak. The Nasi lemak rice is fantastic. 👍🏼 And there’s plenty of choices for the side dishes. Oh ya the photo attached is $6.90. There are fish fillet, teriyaki chicken, egg and crab stick. And not forgetting the Legendary Ice Milo! Overall, Strongly recommended if u are a big fan of Nasi Lemak and importantly it’s HALAL.

Have came here several times. Perfect choice for workday lunch. There will be a queue in peak hours, but it moves fast. The rice is fragrant, you could smell and taste a strong coconut flavor. And the texture of rice is also good, which is fluffy. There are more than 20 ingredients to choose from. All of them are delicious. 3-4 are enough for one person. You could also directly order sets, which is the pre-defined combinations of ingredients. I’ve had a Variety Set, which costs $6.

Had my late night dinner at this shop. So sedap! Generous amount of portion they gave us. Recommended to nasi lemak lovers. This is the place to go for west/south side. But parking wise is quite limited here especially during peak hour.

This place is renowned to my colleagues who worked nearby (2 different companies). The nasi lemak is pretty good with lots of variety of side dishes and if you want something healthier, there is also plain rice and non-fried dishes. Prices is pretty reasonable and is a must go if you are around the area.

Great food, exactly what you expect. I think the fish is my favourite add on that is worth it. Can dine here quite economically.

For the past 25 years, Fong Seng Nasi Lemak has been my go-to eatery for a comforting and delicious meal. Conveniently located along Clementi Road, near the National University of Singapore (NUS), this stall has never failed to impress me with its offerings. The first thing that hits you when you take a spoonful of the rice is its delightful aroma, generously infused with the fragrance of coconut milk. The rice is so rich and flavorful that it could stand as a dish on its own. The chicken wing, another key component, boasts a crispy exterior while retaining its succulent interior. It’s a masterpiece of deep-fried perfection, a delectable bite that you’ll find yourself craving long after your meal has ended. But the star of the show has to be their sambal chili. Spicy, tangy, and just a touch sweet, this chili sauce elevates every component of the dish, tying all the flavors together in a spicy bow of goodness. It’s the kind of sambal that you’ll find yourself thinking about long after the meal is over, and perhaps even making a special trip just to savor it once again. The basic chicken set is a full ensemble of taste and texture, including not just the aromatic rice and crispy chicken wing, but also a perfectly cooked egg, crunchy peanuts, and salty Ikan bilis. All of these elements harmonize perfectly, creating a symphony of flavors that makes each bite memorable. And the best part? All this deliciousness comes at an incredibly reasonable price of just $4. If you find yourself near NUS and in need of a soul-satisfying meal, do yourself a favor and visit Fong Seng Nasi Lemak. It’s a culinary experience that has stood the test of time, and for good reason.

Ordered a kuning nasi lemak and got a chicken wing instead, had to repeat our order multiple times. The kuning fish were small. There were 10 people in the queue in front of me at around 7pm, but we got our food in about 10 minutes. The food was ok, but afterwards we were very thirsty, so the shop uses either a lot of salt or MSG. Our meal cost about $15 for two people with three add-ons.

Pretty delicious and affordable! 4.5 stars :) Chicken wing was not hot anymore but skin is still crispy and the flesh is so fragrant and well-marinated! The curry vegetables pair well with the rice too! Yummy! I find their chilli too sweet, and their coconut rice can have a stronger flavour. But overall not bad for $5!

This is not your traditional Nasi Lemak that comes with ikan Kuning, ikan bilis, peanuts and fried egg. This stall along Clement Road opens until late into the night, feeds the hordes of hungry NUS students with comfort food. You can choose from a huge variety of add on from the ubiquitous chicken wing to the exotic teriyaki chicken and grilled Saba fish, fried brinjal, Sotong balls, braised pork etc. Looks more like a Cai Png stall than a Nasi lemak stall. But this is nice for those who wants Nasi lemak with lots of other stuff. Their chilli which is sweet with not too much heat, goes well with the fragrant coconut milk infused rice. Worth returning to even if just to try out what other add ons taste like with coconut milk rice.

A place to go for late night supper. Though the rice has good fragrance the risk of the dishes are fairly normal. Chilli sauce lacks the spiciness.

At this price point, Fong Seng offers you a great plate of nasi lemak that is pretty darn good. Heard from NUS friends that this is part of the popular supper street. - teriyaki chicken, unassuming but DAMN tasty The only reason why this place didn't get 5 stars is because I feel like the nasi wasn't fragrant enough. It was missing the coconut kick that I expect from all Nasi lemak. That being said, if I'm around the area I will still drop by for this

$12.80 for this two plates of nasi lemak. Rice is a little mashy. Rest of the items are also okay but not hot. Taste is good.

rice was fragrant and fluffy, a little on the softer side. teriyaki chicken chop was flavourful and juicy. fried chicken thigh was crispy and succulent, no residual oil from the fry as well. quality exceed the price paid, portion is well worth too. will be back again for more

Food was delivered warmed & timely by the company before iftar session. The ice milo crush was still cold upon receiving . Packing was done nicely by them as well. Prompt service & tasty food (especially the fried chicken wing!) Kudos bossku!

Food was delivered warmed & timely. PIC – Jia Jun very sincere and helpful. We ordered many times from Fong Seng Nasi Lemak for our company event, never disappointed us. They even provided midnight delivery which can cater our night shift staff. Rice was fragrant and fluffy, teriyaki chicken chop was flavourful and juicy. Portion very big and worth of the price. Highly recommended!

Expect long queues as it is popular amongst NUS students probably due to the price factor. I went on eve of PH around 740pm and queued for about 20min. Queue seem to always form. It has ala-carte (build your own) and set meals available. I ordered the variety set ($6.30) - chicken wing x1 - luncheon meat x1 - fish cake cutlet - egg - ikan bilis and peanut + achar $1 Sambal is on the sweet side, not that spicy which I like. Rice is fragrant and soft. The items were very crispy too. It was a very fulfilling meal. Will return again.

Arrived around 11.30-12.00 for lunch. Place was not that crowded. Service was very quick. I ordered the saba teriyaki set. The rice was not the tastiest rice I've ever tried (I've had another nasi lemak with stronger taste) but I guess it's okay. Rice portion is slightly more than the dishes, but again I think it's still okay. Overall nice experience, made me want to come back to taste another dish.
