Nice place for a desert. The soft pancakes paired well with the fruit pieces and has a clean and clear taste. The chocolate Affogato accompanied the pancakes really well! A pleasant stopover break during shopping.

Had no time for lunch earlier so popped in for a late afternoon snack. Didn't have to wait and was shown promptly to a table with the menu. Ordering was via scanning a QR code. Lots of sweet and savoury options that you'll be spoilt for choice. Decided to try a Kiseki pancake which I recently saw on a travel vlog on YouTube. Can't remember the actual name by ordered one with walnut butter, whipped honey butter and maple syrup ($15.80). They were light and fluffy but enough to fill my hungry stomach. Although there was a small operations oversight, the overall experience was still good. Give the yummy Kiseki pancakes a try. A small bite is missing from the photo as hunger got the better of me.

One of the best soufflé pancakes I’ve had in Singapore! The pancakes are incredibly light, fluffy, and soft—they practically melt in your mouth. My only complaint is the price. At $20+ for two soufflé pancakes, it’s a little on the expensive side. If it were just a bit more affordable, I’d definitely come back more often. That said, if you’re craving Japanese-style soufflé pancakes, FLIPPER’S is definitely worth a try.

Flipper‘s at VivoCity is highly recommended! The food was exceptional, especially the fluffy pancakes, which were delightful and incredibly tasty. They were perfectly airy, freshly made, and a real flavor highlight. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel at home from the start. The ambiance was also impressive: quiet, very clean, and well-organized.

Came here to dine alone. Was looking for dessert and happen to walk pass this shop. The souffle pancakes was plated aestheticly with fruits and whip cream. I ordered the No. 3 Soufle pancake with fruits and honeycomb, It tasted super good! The pancakes was so soft and fluffy and was like eating a cloud that melts in your mouth. When you pour the honey over the pancakes, it makes it even better! The honeycomb with walknuts was super delicious too, it was like caramelised popcorn taste. Highly recommended!! 💯🔥
