I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent experiences. On a few occasions, I found the cashier aunty’s tone of voice to be quite rude and unfriendly. Today, I also encountered an issue with the guy preparing my food. He accidentally mixed my order with someone else’s food. When I pointed it out to him, he seemed to be in a bad mood and responded in a rather rude and unfriendly tone. I hope the boss/owner can look into this and improve the overall customer service.

Cik Lim Yong Tau Foo has pretty fast service. Long lines but it moved fast. Got an average bowl of YTF for $7.70. Not too bad. The selections they have quite wide too

The Tom yum is the signature soup I believe but utterly disappointed. The soup was diluted and tasted bland. No point to pay $1.20 for the Tom yum soup. I wouldn’t dare to try again.

This evening I came down to this outlet at Suntec City Mall the food display at the counter very clean and very hygiene not like Harbour Front. At Harbour Front alot of housefly flying around the food display not very hygiene. The counter very dirty . They didn't clean it up.

Rude service from the aunty at the counter. Very disappointed with the experience. Her tone toward customers was harsh and came across as scolding rather than helpful.
