First time visiting Chrun! Family craving dessert! Not only dessert! They sell small bites such as popcorn chicken and french fries! Pretty good to eat! Friendly staff who served me well! 😊🤩 Halal friendly!

Cute and nicely decorated shop with a great selection of desserts, coffee, and gelato. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I visited twice, and both experiences were the same. The first time, there were three staff members who were busy preparing food, so I assumed they were simply having a busy day. However, no one greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in. I came back a second time, and there were two staff members. Again, no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I eventually had to approach them myself to place an order. While I was there, I also saw another customer walk in. The staff continued talking to each other without acknowledging the customer, who eventually left without ordering. The shop has a lovely concept and tempting desserts, coffee, and gelato, but the lack of basic customer service really affected my experience. I hope the management can improve this, as a simple greeting or acknowledgment would make a big difference.

I'd actually turned away from this place a few times prior because of the prices, which, from the outside looked too high. But after trying today, the prices are absolutely justified. Stuff your face with the most indulgent of desserts for, looking at the quality, completely reasonable and affordable prices. It is not heavily advertised but the toppings are next to the cutlery and FREE FLOW with free water, too. Alacarte orders (without a base) like a single scoop are placed in deep cups to accommodate more of the toppings. I couldn't recommend this place more. One small complaint - Table edges are sticky likely from repeated use, stay away from those.

Came on a weekday night, waited about 10 minutes for a table. Ordered a waffle with root beer vanilla float and salted caramel ice cream. Very unique flavours not seen elsewhere! The root beer was very similar to an actual root beer float, which was a good surprise. What’s better, there’s free toppings like biscoff, oreo, and broken cones. Was served by Aaron, Zavier and Kai. Their radiant smiles and pleasant service made my visit very memorable. Their portioning was generous, and their stable demeanour through a busy service made me feel at home. Only small issue was that the waffle batter was not as good as before. Hope for better consistency! Nevertheless, will definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area!

Unique gelato favours like root beer? Pulu Hitam? Fancy. But seriously they taste great especially on the freshly baked waffle lightly dipped in maple syrup. Coffee is spot on as well. Limited seats about 10 tables or so. Cosy place to chill after meals.
