Cleanliness: The floor is clean. But the table smells. Maybe the towel they use to wiped the tables wasn't clean. Ceiling and accessories are dusty. Customer service: I would say the store wasn't even half filled. We are 2 pax, we swapped table because our table was smelly. We were told that if there are large group coming in, they requireus to change to a smaller table. But throughout the seating, the store was empty. We felt like it was not necessary for such comments which sets our mood for our dining unpleasant. Food: Wasn't as good as other reviews. Takes some waiting time for the food to be out despite that the store wasn't packed. (Like we are the only ones who have placed order). Overall experience: Not pleasant.

Had dinner at Chix Hot Chicken with a friend after hearing so many good things about it, and I'm glad I finally gave it a try. We arrived when there was still plenty of seating available, but the restaurant filled up quickly shortly after, which shows how popular it is. For my meal, I ordered the Dirty Fries, the Comeback Boy, and the Melakan Shake. Everything was delicious. The Comeback Boy was served fresh and hot, and the spice level definitely lived up to expectations I could really feel the kick without it being overwhelming. The Dirty Fries were packed with flavour, and the Melakan Shake was a standout for me. I loved the unique texture from what seemed like crispy coconut bits mixed into the shake. Even as the restaurant got busier and most of the tables were occupied, our food arrived in under 10 minutes. It's always great to see a place maintain both speed and quality during peak periods. Overall, it was a fantastic first visit. Great food, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can definitely see why so many people recommend this place, and I'll be back soon to try their waffles! Highly recommended for anyone craving good hot chicken done right. 🍗🔥😊

Came here 6 years ago when they served chicken pieces. Didn't really enjoy it that much honestly, but decided to come back and try their sliders after seeing their re-emergence with the new concept. Ordered the soul slider, comeback boy, and junior kids meal. Apologies didn't take a photo before eating, but from the pictures, couldn't finish the food. I understand that taste is up to each individual preference. I didn't really enjoy the sliders. I think with the sauce and slaw, it was all too much. The junior came with a mini sausage patty burger and tater tots. Again, I understand the cost of business, but for the price, definitely not worth it. Could have just went over to Abu Mubarak and got a Chicken Mandhi Rice for the same price. Atmosphere was okay, music was very loud though. Couldn't really have proper conversation. Again, food is up to each individual preference. For me, its the last time I ever comeback here again.

Had the lunch set, and it’s amazing - albeit the bun feels more like a slider bun than a burger bun. But everything was prepared fresh, from the fries to the chicken patty. The slaw was tangy and slightly sweet, balancing out the crisp and juice of the fried chicken. Place was really nice too - chill vibes and not overcrowded. Only complaint - I need to have more of everything. Will definitely go again.

Visited Chick’s Hot Chicks recently and overall had a good experience. First off, the service deserves full credit, staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and the food arrived quickly even during the busy Ramadan period. Hats off to the staff, appreciated the efficiency and hospitality. We ordered two burgers and the loaded fries. The fries were excellent crispy, well-seasoned, and easily the highlight of the meal. However, the burgers were disappointing compared to previous visits about a year ago. The overall standard didn’t feel the same. The chicken fillet seemed to have more crispy coating than actual meat, making the burger feel less satisfying, and we ended up not finishing them. Another small usability issue was the cutlery and serving setup. The burgers were served in baskets with plastic cutlery, which made them difficult to cut and eat comfortably the basket tended to move when trying to cut. Providing sturdier cutlery or serving burgers on plates could make the experience better. Despite the disappointment with the burgers, the service remained excellent and the sides were still strong. I still had a nice time overall, but hope the burger consistency improves back to the standard it used to have.
