One of the better cheesecakes in Singapore, but the customer service is beyond poor. We were thrown some fine line T&C clause regarding collection after purchase, when it would have been much easier for CS to make amendments for our collection request. In addition, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human CS to speak. We are big fans of the cakes but unfortunately the poor CS has made it impossible to continue to support.

Ordered a cake online and wow! It was so efficient I loved it. Appreciate the whatsapp updates on the delivery and Cat & The Fiddle’s cheesecake are really just wow! Bought the Milo Dinosaur flavour and we were all impressed! Loved how there were candles and plates and how thoughtful to leave the milo powder out first.

Oreo cheesecake from Cake and the Fiddle is among the best I have tried! A crowd favourite with our family! It's super yummy yet not too sweet. Especially tasty like ice cream when put in freezer ( after slicing). Look out for great deals such as 1 for 1 as and when it's available. Highly recommended!

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered two cakes online under a single receipt and, upon personal pick-up, I informed the staff that I needed two cooler bags since the cakes were meant for two different recipients. However, my request was refused. I was told that if I wanted separate cooler bags, I should have placed two separate orders instead. This felt unnecessarily rigid and not very customer-friendly. It would have been a small and reasonable request to accommodate, especially since I explained the situation clearly. I hope the company can reconsider such policies and provide better service in the future.

We used to walk in during Covid and just learned that they have shifted to online preordering. The staff helped me to get a cake today even if earliest slot is next day. Just in time for my child’s birthday today. Very grateful and happy.
