1 star for the pastry, and the young lady fronting the counter. But the old auntie sorting out is very unfriendly. Poor attitude towards customers. Maybe she's the reason why the shop is pretty empty most of the time. Update: original is at Kallang Bahru now. So this is poorly managed branch.

Heartland prices. Breads baked fresh daily, including $1 french loaves. I especially like their Mexico Coffee Buns which I like as much as those from "Rotiboy". Those at Carnival's are crisper and less buttery. See photo.

Rude old lady. Disgusting service and attitude. Paid at cashier but she queried whether i paid. Blind and dumb. Hope she gets jinxed.

Terrible encounter. Second time again with the same Malay lady wearing glasses. She is very rude. This kind of service is not worth coming back again First time my mother ordered waffles from her but she was busy using her phone and made my mother wait for 10 minutes and tell her off she didn’t receive the order. Second time , I ordered waffles she gave me a rude stare off because I kind off a way interrupted her with using her phone. How are you expecting a good service when you have this kind of staff. Very poor . I am not coming back again. Very bad. Not coming back.

Been always like their mini kaya and red buns but today the front cashier lady is super rude ..Throwing the bun in unhappy manner and answering the customer enquiry in a rude tone and wost talking in other languages thinking the customer don't understand..
