Tried the Mala Guo in Cantine Northpoint., during dinner time. Quite crowded and waiting time is quite long. Ordered 'xiao la' and it was manageable, not too spicy. Price is abit expensive at $19.56 but consider is Halal so it was acceptable. Will try again with friends next time.

This foodcourt has been renamed to Cantine by Kopitiam! Visit the Nasi Padang stall , the beef Rendang is quite tough while the vegetable tastes nice.

Ordered the chicken rice set from this food court. As per picture description, it shows chicken rice with veg and an braised egg and toufu. However I was given only half an egg and toufu. When questioned. The staff took out a calculator and showed me how if they gave me a full egg and toufu. they will loose money as the values of the items don’t add up. Is that the whole purpose of a set? To add everything together for more value of money? If not just buy ala carte?

Best halal mala in SG! The Japanese food quite nice also, the beef spicy ramen so hearty and earthy and soothingly delicious! Got new Thai stall also can buy Thai milk tea from there and the menu quite extensive!

Interesting outlet offering no frills meals with ten percent discount for Merdeka and Pioneer card holders. But you must show cards upfront before cashiers key in the sales. I was on the mobile and missed it. Ny Muslim buddy introduced the place to me. Quite a pleasant place to meet and eat. Unfortunately, several families were eating "outside food" such as dough culture's. These people are depriving genuine diners from a seat. And they were unapologetic when a staff cautioned them. Foodwise. The high point is the unbelievably good ice kachang with "tonnes" of red beans heaped on top. (See photos) The low is the Malay Foodstall. It was too spicy even for my Muslim brother. I ate less than half of my "safe" mee Siam. The sambar was fiery. Had to order kopi-O dit-lod and a chicken pau afterward. All in all, the food court offers decent meals at decent prices - and the full house testified to its popularity.

Visited the Turkish Kebab Corner on Saturday, 2 Mar 2024 at noon. Not very crowded at this food court. Ordered the beef salad $9.50. Fairprice app gets 10% off. Taste great with salad and chilli sauce. Beef is not too salty. Love the mixed salad with black pepper. Will try other dishes on my next visit.

Laksa here was amazing and really big portion for the price. Not bad to get XLB here although the soup dried up inside didn’t hold so well But if you need a quick fix why not
