I was desperately looking for a specific printed image cake at a very last minute and happened to came across cake avenue. I gave a shot because they are halal certified and placed my order as they able to do same day delivery. I am glad that the cake came tasty. It's light, airy and the cream is not too sweet. Cake avenue will definitely be my choice in the future and of course will recommend my circle of people. Service is 100% excellent - from WhatsApp till door step delivery 👏 👏👏

Hi, this will be my sincere review. It came to my surprise that the cake was designed exactly to the sample photo provided. Ur team skills are amazing. The colour of the cake was superb. Oh and the cake flavors, indeed the chocolate fudge is amazingly delicious. My guests were asking for more. Aside, this has made my daughter's birthday a joyous and memorable as it matches her theme party. My girl commented, this is the best cake ever for my party. Once again, thank u Cake Avenue. Will definitely order from ur team again. Highly recommended 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Cake avenue has been our family’s trusted baker since many many years ago! Always so accommodating to my children’s and parents! requests for the fanciest cake! Nat also manages to deliver the best cakes we can ask for! She brings lots of joy and happiness to my family with her cakes! Sincere and honest! Her cakes taste the best!

We ordered two birthday cakes from Cake Avenue for our children’s celebration—one chocolate and one strawberry—exactly as requested by the birthday boys. Imagine our shock and disappointment when we cut into the cakes and discovered that both were chocolate. We then had to break the news to the birthday boy that the cake shop had made a mistake—completely undermining the effort we put into making his day special. We contacted Cake Avenue immediately, but as they were closed, we only received a response the next day. To our dismay, the only resolution offered was a 20% refund of the cake in question (i.e. $30) with the explanation that “nothing more can be done.” We even expressed our intention to order another cake for an upcoming celebration, hoping the shop might offer a more appropriate gesture of goodwill. However, they only extended the same as before - a $30 discount on that future order. For such a significant error—failing to deliver the correct flavours for a child’s birthday celebration—this response feels wholly inadequate. We’re extremely disappointed by both the mistake and the lack of proper accountability. Surely customers deserve better service and care, especially for such meaningful occasions. In summary: relatively nice cakes, horrible service recovery. 10/10 will not recommend.

Cake Avenue has always and will always be our family’s go-to place to order cakes for my kids’ birthdays! We have bought from them for years and never once did they disappoint. Their cakes are relatively more affordable, and they can take in orders at a shorter notice, plus the cakes always tasted rich and good :) My daughter wanted a cockroach cake this year and i only sent them one photo for reference. The cake’s outcome exceeded my expectations once again. ordering and transaction processes were also fuss free and straightforward. Do reach out to them if you need cakes for your kids’ parties!
