Bunga Raya Prata at Empress Road Market is a must-try! 🔥 Fluffy, crispy prata paired with killer curry dips - the OG Singaporean street food experience! 🍴 Open late, budget-friendly, and totally finger-lickin' good! 👌 #pratalove #hawkergrub

My go-to place for a hearty plate of mutton dum biryani! Added a serving of vege for a balanced meal. The mutton is tender and rice flavourful. Mopped up everything as you can see. Come try it!

Thoroughly superb Prata. The Prata’s texture was a perfect blend of crispy and soft. It was crispy enough to give it texture but also soft enough such that it didn’t suffer from the issue of being too oily and starchy as other crispy Prata do. The curry was aromatic and flavourful, not too spicy yet it got the job done giving one’s tastebuds a heavy dose of spices when paired with the Prata. The cheese in the Prata wasn’t too melted and also not too firm, really adding depth to the taste of the Prata. At $2.00 a piece for cheese Prata. I found the price highly reasonable compared to the usual Prata shops and I do not regret purchasing food from this stall.

Food is usually quite good. Very convenient if you’re living close by. Very nice pratas and chicken biryani is very good for the price. Giant portion, so I suggest one biryani for two unless you’re very hungry!
