Very long waiting time and food was served one by one. By the time my partner finished his food, my starter and mains have not arrived yet. However the food was delicious. Loved the tagliata beef brisket pasta. The truffle fries was cold but still tasted good.

Foods are nice just the waiters (maybe is manager or supervisor there) service to be improved. The waitresses all nice, however the 2 guys not. A-bit rude sometimes and Forever told customer waiting hour will be at least 30 minutes but actual not really.

Friendly service. The 2 dishes ordered are not quite European, more like a Western-Japanese fusion: -roasted sesame sauce for cabbage salad (very Asian) -some kind of salty-sweet sauce on top of the chicken (teriyaki sauce?) Didn’t like that they placed the egg on top of the grilled chicken - messy. Shoe string fries served instead of thick cut fries shown in their menu - not a fan of the fries. I enjoyed the lemon tea though, I appreciate it when they provided sugar syrup separately for customers to adjust according to preference.

I like the fries, very crispy and the burger quite juicy. Everything was fine and delicious. The staff very helpful. Like the environment with some natural sunlight too. Overall is good.

We went for lunch on a weekday and is very pleased with the service from Jeremy and Lee. The food is great. The Rosti is nice and crispy but not burnt. Duck confit is soft and tasty but a little salty for me. Salmon caesar salad and mushroom soup is good too. My friend mentioned that one of us recently celebrated 50th birthday and Jeremy surprised us with waffle with fruits and icecream. That is a great gesture and the waffle is perfect. We will be back. Thank you for making our lunch a memorable one with great food and great service.

This place is the bomb! The smoked salmon rosti starter was my favourite! The staff are amazing and the waiting time for food is reasonable from the time of order. Perfect place for a quick lunch or family gathering!!! I never thought much about salads before but thia place made me think otherwise! The salad was divine!!!

First time dining at Brio and it was a pleasant one! Love all the food that we ordered except for the fried calamari (side dish for the squid ink pasta) which were a tad bland. Wish they had more flavour a a sauce to go with. I will be back to try the other dishes!

My order 🧾 🥩 Oxtail Bourguignonne, $24++ Oxtail Bourguignonne 🥩 36-hour braised oxtail with vegetables, mashed potato and au jus. Found the sauce a little saltish on its own but the oxtail here is really tender and falls off the bone easily. It’s also pretty chunky and meaty 😋 You can pair the sauce with the mashed potato to balance some of the saltiness. The food quality at this restaurant varies from the appetizers to the main courses. We enjoyed the sweet potato fries and my girlfriend was pleased with her delicious and tender roasted chicken thigh. However, when my medium-grilled striploin arrived, it was severely overcooked and tasted extremely unpleasant, almost like rubber. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but they seemed uninterested in passing my feedback along to the store manager. This experience left me feeling disappointed, and I'm inclined to think that I won't be returning to this place again.

Pretty decent food at good prices. The variety they serve is huge. I had rosti, pizza, pasta, sweet potato fries and churros in one sitting. Really good!

Absolutely superb! The oxtail that I had was done with perfection. Super yummy!. Would appreciate it much if their staff will also interact or at least smile to their customers, not only serving the food without saying anything or asking..just my 2cents though.

Most of the tables are beside the shopping mall walkway. Many people walking pass while having meal which I don't find it comfortable. Food overall is good.

Worst aglio olio I have eaten in many years. Easily can get better Aglio olio from food court or hawker centre. Noodles are tough, plain spicy without much other taste. Just imagine noodles in chill water. Staff told me that it is their lunch set, which is cheaper, hence it tastes like this. If that’s the case, please state it in the the menu, this is a cheaper and more awful option. The service manager was however good to initiate a refund on his own accord after I feedback to him.

Tried the Carbonara pizza and Wagyu Bolognese Penne. Both tasty but a bit pricey. Order by QR code. Food arrived hot and quite fast.

Food is pretty decent for this price point, carbonara pizza is pretty interesting. But the fish and chips not as good as i expect it to be, fish&co seems better Not too good to be in the middle of the mall with people looking tho But cant complain much for this kind of price

The carbonara pizza was rich and goodness filled. Fritto batter was airy and crispy. Vongole was little tad too watery. The service was 👍🏼 to make sure you are well serviced and leave a happy customer.

Dropped by for lunch on Tuesday during CNY period. Many big groups during lunch. Waiting time was slightly longer but food wise overall was ok. Service was slightly slow maybe because of many big groups. Pizza was good and pasta also not bad. We ordered churros as dessert too.

this is my second visit here and i must say, i was slightly disappointed aft having such a great experience the first time... ordered the beef ragout mafaldine and was expecting a thick stewy sauce but it was very watery and the sauce did not cling onto the noodle at all. the flavour was alright but the texture made it taste off. furthermore, it was not mafaldine?? it was more of a linguine and there was zero texture to it. we also ordered the vongole. the first time i had it, it was thoroughly infused with garlic flavour and the pasta had absorbed all the yummy clam juices. this time, however, while the broth was still alright, it did not blend with the pasta at all. do have to highlight how generous they were with the clams though, and most of them were meaty and juicy. the service the previous time was by a man (i think the manager) and he was great. i was choking a little and asked for ice water and he promptly served it to me. however i had a chilli stuck in my throat and requested ice water again today, but the lady said there is no ice...? was confused and drinking room temp water esp when the weather was so hot was not great 😅. overall, the food is not too great and a bit inconsistent, but i'll still come back to try the rest of their menu as they all sound very good. hopefully they improve by then.

Ordered fish n chips, vongollo alle spaghetti. Portion great for one. Taste nicely cooked. Fish n chips salad is made fresh could be better with some olive oil.
