The stall doesn’t give spoons anymore 😮💨 I went with my family member on a Friday morning. I ordered a hot drink while she didn t. So end up I used my coffee stall mini spoon to eat the putu mayam, and my family member had to pack back the food. Highly inconvenient.

I headed over to the popular Belinda's Pancake stall. I was hoping to try her much-talked-about cone-shaped Min Jiang Kueh, but the owner informed me that it was only available on alternate days. I ordered a serving of puttu mayam and observed the preparation process. The puttu mayam had already been pre-made, with the owner simply removing it from its packaging. Even the sugar came in a pre-packed plastic sachet. The only distinctive touch was the freshly heated grated coconut, kept warm in a steamer and served alongside the dish. While the puttu mayam was pleasant enough, there was nothing particularly exceptional about it apart from the warm coconut.

Very mad, have came twice consecutive weekend Saturday just to try the cone shape man jian kuih First time she say she running errands, second time the kuih was there but she refused to sell?? (Maybe it’s reserved) but honestly, why :( disappointed many times, give up coming But putu mayam is okay, warm shredded coconut, but cold prepackaged putu mayam…

Putu mayam is soft, unlike others I've tasted that are hard. Coconut is also freshly grounded. Pity didn't get the chance to try the cone pancake. Fantastic eats and will come back again.

16/2/2025 Takeaway Puttu Mayam ($2.20 for 2pc), was good! The brown sugar and coconut was fresh & nice. I'll be back to try other items on their menu.
