Got the lamb chop with aglio olio, which may be my mistake considering this is a burger joint. The meat serving was adequate but there wasn't much flavouring. The black pepper spice covered everything. Aglio olio had basic seasoning with no other ingredients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm leaving this review because I was surprised to see some negative comments about Ashes Burnit. From my personal experience, they absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. I've visited both the Woodlands and Tampines outlets, and I can honestly say that both maintain excellent standards. The food quality is consistently good, especially the spaghetti and burgers, which are among the best I've had. While I don't have any photos from my visit to the Tampines outlet, I can confidently say it's on par with the Woodlands branch in terms of food quality, taste, and overall experience. Keep up the great work, Ashes Burnit team! Your hard work shows, and you truly deserve the recognition.

Got the bacon cheese burger. Ridiculous portion size. Thinnest patty I’ve seen out of all the burger’s I’ve had. For $13.20 (on foodpanda) it’s a rip off. Patty is as thin as a piece of paper. Burger’s flavour is non existent. It’s just drench in sauce. Absolute trash and not worth it at all. First and last time buying.

Ashes Burnnit has built a solid presence across Singapore with its food court-style Western offerings, and this outlet in Tampines delivers a similarly reliable experience. The quality is consistent with what you’d expect from a good hawker Western stall—flavourful, hearty, and reasonably satisfying for the price point. The dishes are generally well-executed, though the pasta could be improved slightly. The sauce, while tasty, felt a bit overly generous, which made the dish somewhat heavy and slightly overwhelmed the balance of flavors. A lighter hand would have made it more enjoyable. On the plus side, the waiting time is quite reasonable, even during busier periods, which makes it a convenient option for a quick meal.

I didn't take a picture of my meal because it was anything but memorable. I ordered the short rib truffle cream pasta - expecting perhaps a piece of braised short rib? What I got could be very literally described as beef hotpot slices fried on the flat top and dumped, oil and beef slices, on top of my pasta. Please don't call your meat choice short ribs if you're serving unidentifiable slices of beef. Anyway this was a short rant about food not living up to the way its marketed. A stern reminder to my tummy and my food-loving eyes to remember to use google review images before deciding what to order especially at new places. Pasta was decent though, can't really taste the truffle? Still a good hearty cream sauce.
