Food is filling and delicious. Lots of drink options and the owners are always improving the experience (the gelato is homemade btw!) The cafe is decorated beautifully and the atmosphere is great:)

Not sure why the bad reviews I personally felt the food was reasonably good for the price paid. We got treated to lunch for sending my DD to school for her CCA today. Hubby had a Fish and Chips, DD had her usual Japanese curry rice with katsu and tornado egg, I had Cajun chicken wrap (which DD highly recommended & she knew I’d love it), nuggets & vanilla latte which I highly appreciated it being served in a vacuum cup which kept my coffee hot throughout the meal. 🤩😍🤓

food was ok (which is a shame), always came here during my breaks during cca. but earlier today, after getting my food from the counter, i turned and saw one of the staff flipping off with BOTH middle fingers at my direction???? i'm not sure if it was directed at me or whatever, but nevertheless staff shouldn't be displaying such behaviour, right? no service staff in the right mind should be pointing up BOTH of their middle fingers in front of customers for any reason. it's already bad enough that artease stuff don't even seem like they want to do their job and have this rbf whenever serving customers, what more this? is this how artease staff are trained to serve customers? staff was a chinese young guy, black specs, very thin side parted hair. always wears a black mask and the artease apron. couldn't get his name as there's no name tag. hoping that management takes some form of action. else yall are just risking losing customers due to your poor customer service. probably will never come back again in the meantime.

Have been having the wrap since I was a student there, really really good!! One of the best places for pastas, highly recommend their milk tea as well. Glad that the food quality is consistent throughout the many years. Thank you!

Visited during school holidays and the environment was peaceful. Unfortunately most main items on menu were also unavailable. Eager to head back and try their mains soon
