Ali's Prata has been my go-to Indian spot for a few years now, especially studying nearby at Maha Bodhi. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Food is consistently great, affordable and served fresh & fast. The best part is that it is open 24h so it is also my go-to spot for supper after a night out clubbing. Highly recommended!!!

Have been ordering delivery and I love their Masala Egg Dosai and the sauces that came with it. Tried many places and never really liked their Daal and sauces. Decided to cycle down to the stall to try it in person and taste as good. Additionally ordered the Halia O Kosong Ice and Egg Prata. The Halia O is definitely one of the better ones around and the Egg prata is pretty average, is more on the doughy side and crispy prata lover wouldn’t enjoy it as much. The fish curry and I assume Daal curry is decent. Like what others reviewed, I was there on a Saturday at 11am without much customers, almost all but one staff were quite disengaged and orders took awhile to be served. But I was lucky as a really nice & friendly uncle in his 80s was really on the ball to take my order and chat with me as soon as I parked my bicycle. Definitely will be my staple dosai craving spot.

Food hygiene has issues. We ordered prata for the family and was disgusted to find a cockroach at the base of the curry when we were finishing up. Worse part was the kids also had curry.

My new favourite prata spot 😍🔥 Did NOT expect to be this impressed by such a simple meal, but wow… everything hit. I had the Nasi Goreng Pattaya with kway teow noodles and it was honestly 10/10. The noodles were perfectly seasoned — not too salty, super fragrant — with a generous amount of chicken and fresh veggies. The egg wrap was done beautifully and topped with crispy fried onions that just brought everything together. Tried the prata too and it was sooo good. Soft, fluffy, and not overly greasy or overcooked — exactly how prata should be. Genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews because this place really delivered. Definitely coming back again 🤌🍽️

While in Ubi area for my car tyres replacement, go having breakfast discover this prata Indian/Thai Muslim food shop. Total cost $4.40 for 1 egg, 1 plain meal prata and Teh Tarik is quite reasonable. The prata are Not oily and semi crispy with two different curry (1 fish & 1 dai). However, teh tarik is too sweet, so if you’re can request less sweet when ordering.
