This restaurant is in a great location as well as infront of a mosque. To enjoy your food much better they have an air-conditioning room above to sit down and relax. Lots of options on their menu card and their staffs are super polite. Absolutely loved the food (it's spicy for people who ain't used to spices food).

Went here around 10pm and all that's left were briyani and prata, so we settled for that. The briyani was absolutely delicious (it's the yummy dalca tbh), however we were only given some abysmal portion of the beef as that was all that was left at that point of time and still charged full price:/ prata was good too! Will be back here again when not near closing time though;)

For Murtabak lovers, this is the new place to eat. Murtabak here is crispy and flavourful with spices. The curry here is very nice too. The lamb shank biryani is also to die for here. Bringing your friends and family here is a no-brainer. Updated on 3rd Feb 2022 After the covid lockdown whereby 5 pax dining is allowed, I went back a few months ago with high hopes of eating my favorite lamb shank biryani and murtabak but sadly enough, the restaurant standard has been spiraling down the drain. The service was poor and the food was now mediocre. This restaurant will be my last option to dine if nothing is available type of scenario. It is sad to see this restaurant in this condition. My previous review was excellent then but now I have to update its current sad status to all foodies out there. I have no ill intention here but to give my honest review so that people will be mentally prepared when dining.

Lamb Shank Nasi Bryani. The Lamb Shank was Good, Rice was Good.. Curry was Fantastic. Service was Good too. I would say it's Better than Zam Zam.

Good taste and friendly attitude. One problem is that I did not realize that the medium serving in fact is already too large for me

Guy taking my order kept getting distracted so it took a while to actually place the order, but the murtabak and kopi were pretty good. Place was surrounded by pigeons. They would hop on the tables and eat any leftovers as people left. I’d recommend sitting inside if possible.

My usual eatery was packed and no seats available. We had to settled for this shop tucked at the corner of the road. To my surprise the mutton briyani is so juicy and melts in the mouth. A new experience for me. Definitely will be back again.

Was there for a Biryani fix and it was served promptly. But the staff seemed confused when I called for the bill, and had to walk back up to the second floor to get my order slip down to the cashier to make payment.

We walk here from staying at nearby Hotel Boss. We ordered singapore murtabak, maggi goreng, bee hoon goreng. The taste is delicious. Different taste from where we used to in Malaysia. The drinks is ok. Upper level tables are in air condition space. Located in front of Masjid

I must say that this is best place in Arab street to get a good fix of paratha and chai . I loved the atmosphere, the service was good and food was delicious - crispy flaky pratha with chai . A must go instead of its nearby places which are overcrowded and poor on taste .

The briyani is delicious with its spices. Order the mutton briyani, the meat is soft and good to eat. It's enough, you don't need to lick the gravy. Order meat & chicken martabak, both martabak are delicious. I also tapaw. Reasonable price & fast service. Comfortable place & the staff also friendly.

Amazing food! Way better than i expected. Chicken briyani's chicken is soft and delicious. The spice is also acceptable and not blazing hot. My friends tried the mutton one and they love it as well! Highly recommended to briyani lovers!

Please dont buy from them. My first time because some frens recommended me here, but totally DISAPPOINTING! $7 for a murtabak which had the size of an egg prata. Bought chicken briyani which was $8. When total up, I was suddenly charged an extra $1 as I was told fried chicken cost more. (Not stated in menu). Please la, be transparent with your pricing. Dont anyhow wanna charge extra. I should have stick to my all time favorite Zam Zam and Victory. $6 murtabak daging, thick, fluffy and yummy. Never going to Al tasneem. Please dont waste your money guys.

Authentic Indian cuisine. Great taste, wonderful host and service. The lamb biryani and chicken curry were both tender, flavorful and just the right amount of spice.

My first scam in Singapore 😭 my initial intention was just to try to enjoy eating on the roadside, everything went normally until I saw the bill where I had to pay $28 of the food price which was only $17 and I had to confirm several times to make sure that they calculated it wrong without apologizing haha okay... apart from that the chicken fried noodles that I ordered didn't have any chicken at all but I had to pay extra for that menu, I don't mind that because we were tired 😄

Came for the food. Wanted to have prata but not available for evening hours. Ordered Sardine murtabak and tulang merah. They were not disappointing at all. Crispy murtabak and delicious none gamy tulang merah. Will come back to try others. Sitting by the road side with garbage truck passing by wasn't pleasant at all.

The murtabak tastes great. The service can be improved. This is located right opposite the Sultan Mosque. Recommended!
