Order crispy chicken with spag, bun, coleslaw, nugget, mid joint wings and mash potato. Spaghetti is very bland and tasteless. The bun is hard and dry. The worst part is I requested for chilli sauce but none was given. How to eat nugget, fried chicken without any chilli?????? This is the Last time I am ordering. Total bill from grab is $75. Waste money. Lousy food, lousy service.

Ordered fried fish with pasta.. food portion was big, pasta was Al dente taste good, fish nicely fried and crispy, whipped potato was normal, bun was yummy.

got their chicken cutlet rice for $2, opening promo. nice that the store offers budget meals! portion may be smaller but still filling. delicious :)

Huge portion of fries, initially I thought the amount of fish a bit small but turned out to be quite sufficient for a 8 dollars set meal. Mashed potato is very nice (although we asked for coleslaw) but might be blessing in disguise. Overall, a decent Western fare near Punggol MRT.

Very bad experience, ordered with Grab and the mega beef burger was very hard and we had to throw it away which wasted our money and time. Please don't order that. Chicken is quite floury and meat is hard too. The only good thing is the bun cause how can you mess that right

I do not really believe in previous reviews till today i had my own share of unpleasant experience. Same lady took my order at her own leisure. Waited close to 20mins after ordering my black pepper chicken. But collected was fry crunchy chicken with tomato pasta. Both receipts does not match. Not able to choose sides dishes. Another encounter is that they serve the vegetable salad in the hot plate together with my chicken chop if you eat onsite. Who in the world serves hot salad? Just to save on the salad packaging, they just place it conveniently there. Utterly disappointed and doubt visiting the store again unless management wake up their idea on handling their customer's valuable feedback.

Bought the food from Grab before checking on Google that there were terrible reviews on this stall. However, when the food arrived it looked pretty appetizing. The bun was soft and reminded me of those old-school Western stalls. Mashed potatoes were delicious and weren't powdery. The fish and chips came hot and crispy, and the nacho cheese sauce was flavourful. I didn't really like the fries because they were too soft but I guess it's up to personal preferences. Despite the hoard of 1-star reviews, I'll probably order it again unless I find a cockroach or whatever in my food like the previous review mentioned lol. (P.s It came with 3 packets of chilli sauce)

Now I know why there was no queue. Lady at the counter had terrible terrible attitude. No queue but wait was so long. Even Grab delivery asking why food is taking so long. Better spending your money on other stores there.

Cockroach found in mash potato after eating halfway through it. Waiting time is already long enough but this is something else. I didn't even want to try the other set. Had to throw it away.

These guys are a joke. No wonder the poor rating. Ordered a steak for dine in but the clowns seem to forget about customers eating in. Waited 45min while they prepare orders for customers who came after us, eventually cancelled my order. Bunch of morons. Don't waste your time here.

This is my umpteenth times ordering their Fried Chicken(FC). Its chicken was well seasoned and flavorful and it had not disappoint thus far. I had always ordered take homes and usually it wil be understandbly partially soggy by the time i reached home. However, their flavorful Cajun seasoned chicken was what draws me back. This was my 1st time dining in at the coffeeshop. It was served hot and the skin was really crunchy. The chicken wings was much bigger and juicier than the ones I ordered recently at Popeyes. Their spring chicken was big too as my friend remarked and he too find their FC flavorful and it was a nice change from the usual 可爱鸡/tenderfresh.

Horrible experience when buying food from this store. Keep scolding customer non-stop and grumbling in the kitchen when preparing the food. Experience this scary incident on 20dec 23, around noon period. Pls do not patronise this store unless you have a strong mentality and be prepared to get scolded by the food preparer and the order taking lady. Hope that management can do something else, they are just waiting to close business soon

Just my two cents thought on this After waiting for at least 25 mins I understand there’s quite number of ppl are waiting.I ordered popcorn chicken rice I receive a undercook fried rice the rice is solid still hard it’s such a disappointment because I bought this for my break fast.I recommend if u ever plan to eat here pls go somewhere else to eat.Everything in the menu looks good but actually it’s just mehh everything tasted bland as usual to me I’ve try a number of different dish there it’s just one of the worse western fast food to go to.Service there are also not so welcoming I feel like they are force to be there to work.
