I visit their original branch in Joo Chiat, stumbled in this one by accident. I had their sugar ring donuts, proper sugar sprinkles on them instead of icing sugar. Fluffy and light as a donut should be! The young Malay lady smiled when I approached and asked what I'd like, friendly service and tasty food.

Sending my compliments to Mdm Aida who served us today. Her service was examplary and she was unbiased. I had difficulty deciding between hazelnut and nutella tart, and she gave a sample out of goodwill and for that I made extra purchase for her great service. These days people should really learn to appreciate good service, they struggled during this hard times and yet that doesn't affect her composure and putting her best being in the peoples business. Kudos to Mdm Aida for being a great team player of the company.

Attitude of the staff. Staff was on the phone and I was still looking at the items when she turned to me and frowned, saying "What do you want?" (in Malay). I don't think it's nice and professional for someone who is doing business to frown on customers. Please don't work if serving customers is not your thing. Tarts were too sweet and disappointing also. Management, please look into this matter and discipline your worker. Heard stories that she is always cranky.

THIS SHOP SELLS EXPIRED CAKE!!! BOUGHT A CAKE YESTERDAY & ATE IT ON THE SAME DAY. FOUND OUT THE CAKE IS EXPIRED. CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY KEEP THEIR CAKES FOR A FEW DAYS AND WOULD STILL SELL IT.
