After seeing so many rave food reviews, I finally get to savour their satay. I ordered mutton satay and the wait was not that long on a Thursday evening - about 20 minutes. To be honest, I am quite pleasantly surprised by the quality of the mutton satay. The amount of meat is rather generous. The satay is crispy from the charcoal grill and tender at the same time when biting into it. It is slightly on the sweet side but not overly sweet. It is really very enjoyable.

Bought 30 sticks and reach home. I count it. It was only 28. Counted thrice. Same number. Nicely done. Haron satay scammed me 2 sticks. Why do u have to do this? Your business doing well what. Anyways, i swear this is not other shop trying to bring them down. I'm just a person who enjoys eating satay. And im well disappointed with them since I'm quite a fan of their satay. Last time for me. Good luck.

Ordered 5 mutton and 5 beef satays and was told waiting time was 1 hour. We were lucky to get the satay in about 35min. Couldn't taste the difference between the beef and mutton satays, maybe they gave all mutton. Mutton was meaty and above average. But there are much better mutton satay at Changi Village. Overall above average satay but not worth the wait.

Went there to buy takeaway. Ordered 50 skewers; 15 mutton, 15 beef and 20 chicken, and 6 rice. Came home and found that they cheated me of 5 skewers which cost $4.( $0.80cents per stick) WARNING: better check before you leave the stalls. This stalls not only overrated, most meats are over burned and tasted bitter. I have tasted better quality satay from other stalls. Will never go back to this dishonest stall again.

Tried their chicken, beef & mutton satay. All were overly sweet & some beef or mutton pieces couldn't be chewed down to be swallowed so had to spit out. Chix was better. Peanut sauce below expectations.

Must say that my previous visits yielded a more positive experience. Chicken satay was decent. Not totally sure which ones I ate were beef and mutton but one of these two was more tender than the other, for today. The less tender ones tasted like beef so unless you like your satay to be super chewy, better to opt for mutton. No mutton taste but the lastlustre flavour didn't warrant the expensive price of each sticks.

One of the best satay in Singapore. Better than those at Lau Pa Sat, Satay by the Bay, Adam Road Food Centre and Newton Food Centre. If you like sweet food, this is the stall to buy from. The meat is sweet, nicely grilled and tender yet with a bit of chew for texture. Both mutton and chicken are tasty. Peanut sauce is delicious and fragrant too. Despite it being pricier than some stalls at 90c per stick, the sticks are heftier with more meat than some other stalls. So in term of value and taste, this is a winner. The only drawback is that they serve rice cakes in the plastic wrap, which is an absolute no-no.

Ordered 10 chicken satay for 2 to try. Terrible meat with lots of fats and skin. Meat was very dark, yellow. Some satay was not cooked properly. Asked for additional gravy but they said I had to buy 20 to get additional gravy. Serious attitude! Unfriendly staff. I say very over-rated. **Don’t go to East Coast Lagoon Food Centre for lunch. Too hot to go day 3.30pm.

Terrible service. Went back after 30 minutes to check on my food to be informed that they are only began cooking it. It is understandable that they have numerous orders. Another 30 minutes passed but the buzzer did not sound. Went back to check and was informed it was "just ready". However, that turned out to be a blatant lie as the satay was already cold by then.

Very happy with the satay all grilled to perfection with a generous amount of sauce.

Okay okay la, above average kind of food. Nice but eating too much can make you feel too full and not wanting to eat it. Can consider eating 6 months once. Not a weekly/monthly kind of food. Also, they do not have paynow or electronic payments unlike other stalls. They only deal by cash. This is a huge minus point here. Imagine you don't have cash with you. Service can be extremely slow. Expect to wait for 30 minutes to 1hr for the food. That's too long to wait actually. Overall, for the taste of the chicken, I would give 7/10. Service would be 4/10. Waiting time for food 2/10. Overall, they need to improve on their service, waiting time and the person taking the orders. Have to be a bit more friendly.

I recently tried the satay at this restaurant and I must say it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the peanut sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff and prompt delivery. Highly recommend trying their satay!

I had to give 1 star because of the staff's behavior. Food has become strong after some time both chicken wings and satay. I believe both satay and chicken have already cooked before and just gave me pre heated. I had to fight for tray also as the staff were saying take only the paper plate. However, I fought and took the tray myself. When you are there and waiting for the chicken wings, make sure it's hot from down( they arrange chicken wings in two stacks). Better to check with hand. The wings literally became plastic and I couldn't eat after 20 mins ( having a beer took some time). I should have checked before taking. This is just my experience and might not be the same everyday.

Very disappointed! Both satay & sauce too sweet, cucumber not fresh. Their standard drop so much :(

Ordered takeaway10 sticks of chicken satay but counted 9 sticks while eating at home . If this was an honest mistake, then please teach your stall assistant to count properly. Don’t anyhow. If this was a deliberate one to cheat a returning customer of one dollar, then seriously shame on Haron Satay to do that! Please make sure you all count your satay sticks before you leave the stall. I’m never going back again! 👎👎👎

Ordered for a 6pm pickup (via Oddle) and was informed order was ready, but was told at 6.40pm (after waiting 40mins) that our order was not received and had to wait till 7.30pm. Called Haron satay but no response as well. Could not wait any further and left. We did not have food for iftar that evening and so did a few others who were waiting too. Hope you wake up and learn from this disaster.
