Rather good value for money. The chicken chop is tender and tasty although the brown sauce is too salty (will ask them to separate the sauce next time). Chicken cutlet is crispy, well fried (not greasy), carbonara generous amount of topping. I also ordered grass jelly with the complimentary $3 voucher for new member, the grass jelly with topping of sweet potato and pearls is tasty. Wanted to try the beef donburi from the good reviews here but not available. Went for a very late lunch, no queue. Will be back for second visit!

Came here for an early dinner and it ain’t crowded at all. Only 1 table is occupied. This is my first time trying out so I decided to go for their popular Beef Don. Surprisingly, they are generous with ingredients (beef), probably equal portion of beer and rice. Unfortunately I find it a bit salty to my liking. Dining area is clean and neat. Service is ok. After I had finished my meal, I can see that the place starts to get crowded as more and more people came for their dinner. Overall a good bow of beef Don, bubble tea is ok, no wow factor. Price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again and try out their other food in the menu.

Decided to try this place cos of the good reviews. However I didn’t think the portion nor the taste was good enough to worth the money. The chicken chop may look 'big' but is actually very thin slice. The mushroom sauce tasted as diluted as it looked. Fish and chip surprisingly was a tad better than their signature chicken chop. The only thing that looks big was the plate and coleslaw. Don’t think i will come back again as there are better options nearby.

Truffle fries - the sauce is good but their fries is cold/soggy Herb fish fillet - the herb flavor is strong but felt that it was used to cover the fish smell (probably frozen fish?) Chicken chop with fish and chip - the chicken is tender so it's good, but the mushroom sauce that accompany it isn't that tasty... too watery. The fish and chip is alright, but similar to what was written above, there is something fishy about this fish fillet.

purplepandasg has cute decor with a wide varieties of meals from Donburi, Pasta, Meal Combo to Dessert for you and me to choose from. Our favourite goes to their well marinated 👍🏻 Winglets, aromatic with spices with tinge of spicy. Other dishes we had includes: Signature Beef Cube Don, Royal Pinkies, Fish and Chips. Complete it with their wide variety of desserts too.

Price of food is decent and affordable, with portion being very generous. However, do not expect too notch presentation for the price paid. Mushroom soup is watery, and I would give it a miss without doubt. Service is acceptable. With the lunch crowd, they can be overwhelmed, resulting in slower than usual attention. One thing that I do not like is the close proximity to the Taiwan bubble tea shop. The smell from the frying oil lingers in your hair and body.

I personally enjoyed my experience here. The staff is friendly and the food quality is not too bad. Recommend to go over certain fast food chain where the pricing is similar.

The food here is definitely good value for the money. The quality is good, with the chef putting in obvious care and effort. The salmon is cooked with crispy skin and the beef don is juicy and soft. Service is polite and prompt too!

Good service staff. Food wise, the unagi don & dessert bowl was average. Fish & chips though looked great, was very greasy & salty. The atmosphere was average with dirty tables & stained chairs.

Had the chicky chop that was recommended by the Owner. Food was good and came in big portions, Owner was very friendly as well. Would visit again! ps. There’s an ongoing promo for a free yogurt bowl w min. spend $35.

First time trying dinner, price range was slightly higher than a casual restaurant hence had higher expectations. Ordered via the QR code available on table and was seamless. Grilled fish set: Fish was okay, well flavoured and seasoned. However, when served the fish was room temperature? Was expecting to be at least warm or hot. That was puzzling. Corn was unflavoured, literally taste like the corn was removed from the cob then served to us. Plus points was that the onion rings were good. Wagyu beef cube don: Requested for to be done medium, and was happy to see that the meat was cooked to the right level. Wished that it had more of the sauce that was drizzled on the rice because overall it tasted pretty plain. Portion of the meat was great and generous. Honey lemon drink: Tasted just like water with lemon. No taste of the honey. Not recommended, would rather just order plain water. Overall, I don't think I'd be returning to try their mains but may consider their speciality drinks / desserts in the future.

Ordered takeaway. Decent pricing and good service. Updated Review: the mains are good, but the taro/yam in the yuan yang bowls were spoilt, so can't eat the 2 bowls of desserts. To owner: Thanks for the reply. Nope it was a take away for my colleagues in office, and too bad they never get to eat their desserts

Utensils came only 10mins after first dish was served. Went to get it ourselves but was being told off rudely and asked to wait, they will serve. Soup served warm, golden fries not golden, came cold and soggy. Ordered medium rare for my wagyu beef don and ala carte beef cubes.. but both beef were severely overcooked. Not sure why is there a choice to choose doneness 🤷🏻♀️ wagyu also tasted like normal beef.. chicken chop tasted alright, but was also served not hot. Tried this for the first time bcos of the seemingly good reviews, but this will be the first and last time. Waste of money and spoil appetite.

Decided to try this after seeing the owner’s sincerity. Kudos to her being so hardworking and passionate. Outlet: PP Now for the food. Ordered Chicken Chop and Royal Pinkie. *disclaimer following review is a personal opinion as taste is subjective* Waiting time is decent. Chicken chop came in 2 pieces with some bits. Which may not be ideal in terms of “look”. Also portion is small. Fries was cold and soggy. Onion rings was fine. Brown sauce was watery. 5/10. Royal Pinkie supposedly an in-house sauce, tasted mediocre, tasted like something that came out of the can. Overall pasta 4/10. Would probably return maybe? But definitely not anytime soon.

Can't use the member account since they say system update but can scam qr code for online order the food and drink a bit slow some foods small some foods bog all foods hot and nice the drink was sweet but ok then they gave me lot fries made special requests have follow so good keep it up next time we may come back again

Came to dine in, tried their best seller beef cubes and mentaiko fries. Portion was generous with loads of mentaiko sauce! My portion of salmon steak was cooked to perfection too, the aglio olio was a tad too bland. Im very impressed with head chef Hairool's service and friendliness with the diners, please convey my appreciation to the team for their hardwork during the peak period!

The food is of average quality… so it does not justify the price. Wouldn’t say it is worth having your meal here. The staff recommended the beef wagyu cube don, but it was really disappointing. Other than the beef tasting like it was not seasoned, it was far too chewy. The rice also was a bit hard like some parts were undercooked. I also felt like the fish and chips had this “skin” or “membrane” layer below the crispy exterior, which also made it a bit gross to eat. I did not expect the mentaiko fries to have such a large portion. Just take note that if you want to order it, I’d recommend you do so only if there’s 3-4 people sharing.

Overcooked wagyu beef. To simply put, a good piece of steak is wasted. The texture of the beef felt like chewing a rubberised powdered meat. The taste of the beef is so metallic that I honestly never regretted so much buying in this meal. I bought it during non-peak hours, to be exact it was 8.30+ near the closing? Please take some pride into cooking the food. I did expect it to be well done but not overcooked like this. Ps, despite all that. The service is good for sure.

Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I encountered some difficulties with the member account due to a system update. Despite this setback, I proceeded with ordering online via QR code. While the process was convenient, the food and drink delivery were a bit slow. The portion sizes were inconsistent, with some items being smaller than expected while others were generous. However, all the dishes were served hot and tasted delicious. The drink, though slightly sweeter than I prefer, was still enjoyable. One aspect that stood out was the excellent customer service. Despite the initial hiccup with the member account, the staff promptly addressed my concerns and ensured that my special requests were followed, including providing extra fries. Overall, despite some challenges, the positive aspects of my experience outweighed the negatives. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in ensuring customer satisfaction. With hopes for smoother operations in the future, I may consider returning for another visit.
