Have always noticed this shop but got the chance the patronise this food stall that is at the walkway linked to the hotel. Happen to be hungry and was somewhere nearby and decided to drop by there for lunch. Place wasnt big and it has limited seating for those who choose to dine-in. Wide variety of dishes to choose from but none of it seems authentic nasi padang dishes. Selected 3 dishes and the meal cost me SGD$4.50. Popcorn chicken was cold and rock hard. Other 2 vegetable was passable. Kind of regret dinning here and probably wont be back again.

Came to ICA building and happened to drop by for breakfast . Decided to tryout the Jalan Sultan Nasi Padang stall. (Opposite ICA building) I ordered the Mee Rebus. Well, the stall lady told me she ran out of lime. Without lime I can't savour the full favour of the dish. I ordered anyway, I taste is o.k . There're green chillies, bean sprouts, an egg at SGD3.50 located in town area is considered cheap. Please note that this stall doesn't sell hot braverges. I ended up ordering a FN strawberry 🍓 soft drink which of course didn't go down well with my Mee Rebus.

Came here 2 times because of the review. However, we think the review is overrated. The rice is not warm and it was sticky each together because it keep opened in the air. The fried sotong feels cold as well. Why we came 2 times? Because we still believe the rating from public. However, the 2nd time has made up our mind. We might not come here again. Please close the rice bucket and put some lights or warmer to keep the food warm.

Misleading Nasi Padang. Not the tradition Padang food I usually have. More like Malay/Chinese mixed vegetable rice. $14 for 2 person definitely on the high side. Beef rendang has burned taste. The gravy more than the meat.

This place has changed the person in charge/cooking or maybe even owner. Like the other reviewer mentioned, the food is no longer how it used to be when the makcik is still around. The price increased too. I order my usual order but was charged more and when I asked why they just shrugged off. It’s fine if you be transparent and mention due to economic changes. But no they didn’t. This place used to serve really solid beef rendang and fish. But since then the food just goes downhill. I was a regular but now I would never return ever again.

More like Warung Nasi to me rather than on what Indonesian would expect on Nasi Padang stalls, but it definitely has the basic foods that any Warung Padang would serve. For Indonesian, you can go here if you really missed rice a lot and you are running low on cash because this place is one of the cheapest in Singapore. I repeat, in Singapore. [Per October 2017] While you can have the most complete Nasi Padang set (1 veg, 1 meat, and rice with some "kuah") with less than IDR 20.000 (SGD 2), you can get the same around SGD 4. Please have this in mind.
