Ate there for the first time today. Good food. Wide variety to choose from. Great service. Decors above the counter remind me of my childhood. The two milo tins and the two pressure lamps. Will go again to try other dishes.

Best curry chicken in Singapore. The menu is so extensive that we had troubles choosing what we wanted! We settled for the classic curry chicken which doesn't disappoint. The portions are very generous. It goes very well with plain white rice, bread and even roti prata. Overall a very satisfying meal and would come back over and over again.

Visited this place on a Friday afternoon around 1 pm. Asked for a table of 5. When we were ushered inside, we had to ownself combine 3 tables to seat ourselves. No menu and order list were given to us. We had to look around for the menu and order list to write down our orders. When food arrived, there was a discrepancy in the food. We ordered the same food but one of the dishes came with missing items. Food was decent. So many fked up things in one meal. Unpleasant dining experience. And the audacity to charge service charge when we literally had to self service ourselves throughout the whole meal. Do not recommend.

We had a nice meal at Curry Times at Novena Square last week after our appointment. This is a retro theme cafe with good variety of local food. The place is spacious and clean with good safe distancing measures in place . We enjoyed our sapid nasi lemak with chicken wing and curry chicken. The food was appetising and the curry tasted great to our liking. The only disappointment was the very long wait to be served with our food after placing order .

The dry laksa set at 10.90 (b4 gst and svc charge) is nice and filling. It comes with a drink and a dessert/snack and I got a black seaseme ball that day. Would recommend it, esp if you are looking for a halal place. 😊👍

An old style coffee shop located within the busy and contemporary Veloicty @ Novena Square mall. I have usually bought coffee from this outlet while waiting to take the coach bus to Kuala Lumpur but today was the first time when I had a chance to dine in with others. Their curry bun is like a art masterpiece! The outer texture of the bun is perfectly baked and smooth.

Besides going to Changi Airport outlet this is one of my favourite outlet since 2000 no need to travel far to get a dish of Curry Times 🍛 their Assam Batang Fish 🐟 was very rich thick sauce extremely sour & mild spicy, would recommend to extra fragrance rice 🍚 aside, usually rice runs out very fast after few scoop, my husband finished ☑️ whole bowl except for me the taste not for the fainted heart who can’t take chilli 🌶️ I will definitely try Curry Times 🍛 Light Curry or the black hitam sauce fried fish.

The fried chicken nasi lemak was delicious. The fragrant rice came with a well seasoned fried chicken wing, mini vegetarian spring rolls, a delicately salty fish cake roll, generous helpings of peanuts with a very tasty sambal and nonya style pickled vegetables. Service was friendly and helpful. Rafael was patient and kindly helped us with getting our orders done. Would suggest that you ask for your drink to be served with hot milk. Our teh si was sadly lukewarm. Other than that, we would gladly return to try their other meal items.

This Velocity outlet by Old Chang Kee has a nostalgic setting, specialising in curry dishes.

I have dined here several times and always happy eating here as they offers a range of affordable set lunches priced at $10.90++ to $12.90++ which includes a main, a drink and a dessert of the day. Lunch time special is valid from 11am to 2pm. My usual order is usually dry laksa goreng or soya sauce chicken rice. The food is served by their robotic servers and it is so adorable with smiles on the display panel. Highly recommended for office workers and families to have their lunch here. They also sell pastries and puffs for tea break.

I cannot believe that just 3 small pieces of chicken with a small bowl of rice costs $10.50. 1. It advertises as signature curry chicken but the serving is pathetic and it doesn’t taste anything authentic or special about it. 2. Within the same organisation, Old Chang Kee charges $6.50 at Toa Payoh for the exact same thing but curry times charges $10.50 for that. I cannot tell the difference between these 2 curry chicken. Please do not visit this place for their signature curry chicken. It is extremely disappointing.

Nasi lemak is pretty good tasting. Curry chicken is above average but the prata was dry and hard and pretty much tasteless. Service could be improved.

Local SG favorites presented and served pleasantly, well decorated. A good gentle way to introduce visitors to the local cuisine among the traditional classics. It's also a popular choice for the older generation who grew up eating these types of food.

Would put 0 stars if i could. The service was horrible. I waited 45min for my food to come… and i ordered the curry chicken which i’m sure it’s already cooked in a pot in the kitchen and not cooked to go. I had to ask for the food from the servers working at 4 different times before the food came out. I did not want to pay for this horrible service and asked to remove the service charge. Guess what, the manager that time scammed me and said “10% discount” but only removed 50c from a $60 bill.

The 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗶 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗸 has everything a good nasi lemak needs, aromatic and fragrant coconut rice, fried anchovies (ikan bilis), peanuts, cucumber, achar, fish cake and 2 pieces of their newly launched Rendang Chicken. On the other hand, the 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁 was more one dimensional and had white rice with a larger portion of Rendang Chicken. I absolutely loved their Rendang Chicken as it was so tender and well flavored. Rendang chicken paste was totally not spicy at all and even kids (and me) can enjoy the chicken without the fear of spiciness.
