The food as always been 10/10. No other places serves the best Biscuit as they do and the team is very responsive. The quantity is good, however sometimes they is a bit of wait to get your order ready in case to opt for regular fried chicken instead of spicy one. May be because they are processing too many orders at a given time. I would recommend the food.

The food is amazing and the workers are very friendly. The only thing that I don't like is I can not dine in there but other then that it's amazing. Highly recommend it for take out. This location says they are halal but didn't show any paper proof of it. If they are halal, it would be nice if they get a certificate to present it.

Churches chicken is my new favourite chicken spot! I just moved to Toronto and this was my first meal here after a hard day packing. Deepak made it all worth it. Such a hard worker and the chef in the back made us some delicious strips, sandwiches and biscuits. 2 Thumbs up!

Received efficient and courteous service from the staff. The food was fresh and tasty with good portion size compared to competitors, it is worth its price to have higher quality fried chicken pieces and sides here than elsewhere. Top-notch fried chicken at Church's Texas Chicken.

Stay away from this overpriced, shady business! Where do I start? I started ordering from this location about a year ago. It started off as a hidden gem, with excellent food at a decent price point. That's changed. My last 5 orders from this place have been a nightmare! Missing items, not following order notes, shortchanging me on items e.g., 5 piece chicken tenders combo comes with only 4 tenders or the tenders are the size of nuggets. Small portions. Cold, undercooked food. The list goes on! Avoid this place. There are way better food spots that will appreciate your business.

I recently at Church’s Chicken , and I must say it was a rather disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with an employee's conduct. While I was trying to place my order, I noticed the employee had their AirPods in, seemingly disinterested in assisting customers. This behavior left me feeling undervalued as a patron. Additionally, the quality of service and food was subpar. The meal I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of freshness and taste. It's disheartening when the quality of the meal doesn't align with the reputation of the restaurant. This is not good when we pay and we don’t get in return as much as we deserve, the night staff is worst. I sincerely hope the management addresses these concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Consistency in service and attention to customers' needs should be a top priority for any establishment.

The management at Church’s Chicken needs to ensure that if their employees don’t want to work the night shift, they shouldn’t assign them to it. Tonight, I went to this restaurant with my friends, and we ordered 4 Mexican sandwiches through Uber pickup. I called that girl four times, asking for fresh sandwiches, but she didn’t listen even once. Later, I found out she was wearing AirPods. After waiting for 15 minutes, she gave me old sandwiches that were already made. When I told her these were old, she started arguing and speaking in her native language, which I couldn’t understand. Then, she threw our entire order at the fries station and continued speaking in her native language while showing a bad attitude. I waited another 20 minutes, and she gave me uncooked bombers. I request the owner to take a look at their management, and if they want to hire cheap labor, they should hire Indians instead of Punjabi but please hire some Canadians

I had a disappointing experience at Church's Chicken due to the bad behavior and rudeness of the staff. The service I received was far from what I expected. The employees seemed disinterested and were disrespectful when taking my order. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that relies on customer satisfaction. I hope Church's Chicken addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all customers. I went with my friends at 11:30 pm, I don’t know why she looked like that she was doing the job forcefully, if employees don’t want to work and would like to show their rudeness then they can stay at home. I won’t recommend this store.

Garbage customer service , poorly trained individuals with lack of any sense of hospitality. Food is overpriced and raw. Went in to complain and ask to speak to a manager , however the manager was also the security guard for the plaza working two simultaneously jobs. I don't reccomemd this place at all. The workers could barely speak proper English.

Ordered 4 piece spicy fried chicken combo with fries and 3 piece mild with mash potatoes. The fried chicken was very crispy and juicy and quite tasty. The fries were not bad and the mash potatoes had the right amt of thickness that I enjoyed. This was my first time trying this place and would gladly come back when I'm craving fried chicken again. Also the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Pretty solid takeout chicken. The deals can't compete with Popeye's,, but my experience so far is that their chicken is much more crispy here than Mary Brown's and KFC, and their biscuits are better than Popeye's. Best biscuits in town.

Ordered the 12 piece family meal for my entire fam, everyone loved the Fried chicken, sides and biscuits. My family are super picky when it comes to Fried chicken cause we've had bad experiences in the past with other Fried chicken spots. We requested for the chicken to be made fresh and they happily did it for us no questions asked. The Fries were pretty average just normal crinkled fries, the onion rings were really good and Crispy. Big portions enough to feed 4 people. The chicken was super crispy and stayed crispy the whole car ride home. The biscuits were fresh and sweet as it has a crispy honey layer on the top. Lastly the chicken is Halal which is good for Muslims as we don't have much good options nearby. We have options but not good ones nearby.

First time at this place, and most certainly my last. The place is horribly filthy, and we had to ask for napkins to clean our seats and table. Speaking of seats, there's only about 6 seats in total in the whole restaurant so don't expect to sit while you eat. Everything was passable until I received my food: my chicken was pure white. No not the meat, the skin. I had never seen fried chicken with albino skin. I compared it to my husband's chicken which was a complete different color than mine. Obviously something was wrong with it, and I showed the worker but the worker said it was fine. I politely asked for a refund or if I could get another one and was told they didn't do refunds and the worker walked off. My husband bit into his chicken and spit it out. He said it tasted noticeably old. The fries and onion rings were frozen. Everything about this place is terrible. They give you free food in exchange for a 5 star review, so if you're wondering why all the 5 star reviews for such a terrible place, that's why. I don't blame these people, they are just hungry and giving 5 stars to get the free food. Please don't go here and stop giving 5 stars for food.
