Good portion and tasty fried rice. The ingredients were pretty decent, Will try other flavours in my next visit.

Need to pre-order 61 packets of fried rice for lunch.Met friendly Nicole who assisted to get my orders prepared on time.Fried rice was yummy. Thumbs up to Jamie, Nicole and team.

Fired Rice with prawns is indeed delicious. Best experienced when consumed hot, right after server from the wok. I think it is comparable to that Taiwanese fried rice (you know which)... Don't forget to agree to the chilli, its not oily and enhanced the taste and overall appearance. I am impressed with how they turned the traditional fried rice into something trendy, with its cute packaging and systematic operations.

I will give provide you suggestions to improve. Concept is great, waiting time sometimes close to one hour, we live in 21st century who have time to stand thr for 1 hour. What makes things even worse is your staff who no training of customer service etc, at least smile:) trust me I have seen so many beautiful concepts like this.. But it all comes to customer service

Stir fried udon was delicious, fried rice has consistent quality. However, the waiting time is always long. You’d think the waiting time should be shorter if you beat the queue by coming early (11:15) but yet still need to wait for 20-30 minutes.

You can't really go wrong with Wok Hey. They've very properly systemized the entire operation, so regardless of who's the chef cooking, the taste typically ends up being quite consistent. Even the way they make the food, and the entire viewing experience, is consistent with their branding and their yellow tee shirts. Tried their truffle udon for the first time, and added extra signature chilli. Super fragrant, even after my 1 hour bus ride. Super yummy, especially after a long day. Only slight pity here is how they'll always be a takeaway box, which makes eating out quite tricky.

Quality of beef has really dropped. Expect to wait half an hour on weekday lunch. It might be faster to eat at the neighbouring places.

Literally waited for an hour after ordering from their pickup application. Used it at 1pm thinking it’ll be quick. More than an hour still waiting for a fried rice 🫠 After was given, i checked and gave me missing request 😑
