The food is not too bad. But maybe is the way they prepare the chicken, it's very dry on the inside. Chili is savoury and a little spicy. Overall food taste is good.

This is tasty, way better than the 1.8 average review. I had the 'smashed chicken', their signature dish, interesting combination of flavours and textures. The soup with the set was very flavoursome but a bit oily.

Dry chicken, soaky rice and pity amount of chili. The chili not even enough to cover for the portion and charge 80 cent for extra chili. Will not visit again. Way more ayam penyet store better than this. The stall I patronise is at changi terminal 4

I know nothing about the low rating for the past few years, but what i ate i feel like is not that bad, the chicken is crispy and the sambal is pretty hot.

The service in vivo city is terrible. The Malay woman doesn’t welcome you to buy it. She only buys it because the food is delicious. If this attitude has been around for a long time, no one will come to buy it again.. Date: 7/05/23 Time: 330pm

The ayam penyet taste average most important service should be improve, if you're a drumstick lover pls request upon paying. If not the next min will given breast meat and fyi its non exchanged once penyet the attitude was rude even tho she didn't give option on whether your choice of drumstick or chicken breast part. by the end there is no sense of forgiveness.

Today went to vivo city kopitiam buy penyet king the old Malay aunty is very rude. I was asking another Malay lady help me add some soy sauce on my rice and chicken, I was telling the lady I need a little bit more only and actually I was trying to do it myself but this old Malay aunty was grab the whole bottle of the soy sauce and keep she squeezed a lot of soy sauce on the rice and chicken! I was told her is too much for the soy sauce she can even answer me back more sauce is good! Wft this is not the 1st time this old Malay aunty show me this kind of attitude already she even treat all the customers like this! I here paying money for buying the food not begging you give me the free food I don’t think I deserve this kind of service! Every time came and buy food she will give that kind of annoying face seems like she don’t want us to disturb her! Spend money buy the food can’t even eat that it was full of soy sauce is so sweet and wet is make me felt disgusting! I hope the company and kopitiam management can do something about this!

One North King Penyet: Average taste. Chicken taste and looks like it has been refried or the oil was probably too hot that makes the chicken overcooked - hard in the outer part crunchy and chewy. Nothing wow on the sambal. Raw red and watery - they are not spicy. Asked for more sambal and its chargeable at $0.50. Counter lady was having her long late lunch outside the stall with her colleague or friend, when I asked her for the additional sambal, her face appear like I'm troubling her cause she had to walk around another stall, to the back for the second time in order to get into her store.
