Staff were friendly and diligent. The food taste was just ok for me, but their coffee was nice. I tried hot one this time. One sip was good but sadly after leaving it a while, the taste got surprisingly different. Not as good as 1st sip, regretted so much to have drink earlier… Anyhow wanna try cold one next time. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing even on weekends. Personally it’s recommendable to enjoy time over drinks rather than meals.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place and believe its great value. Service is very good. There is one guy whom is exceptionally good, friendly and proactive. I appreciated him but didn't catch his name. He is moving too fast. :) if you go there i am sure you know whom i am talking about. I adore the coffee here and so one day decided to try the lunch set which i find tasty and good value. I got the set lunch cause the menu is on the table only has it there. I would have considered the a la carte but didn't realise there was an a la carte until I went to the counter to order. You may want to advise your guests there is an a la carte menu. Nonetheless, I like the modern take and enjoyed the set lunch. Will definitely go back.

Indonesian specialty coffee chain in Robertson quay area. Menu includes popular Indonesian dishes. The ginger latte turned out good. Daily brew (Aceh Gayo) was fruity, spicy, and acidic - arabica beans. I recommend Mandailing and Blue Batak if available, Bali Kintamani would be very acidic. All coffee are strong. Service crews were friendly and attentive. Place has got airconditioned and outdoor seats.

TLDR: Quite good for hanging out and coffee. Probably go somewhere else for food. Service: Excellent. Attentive and friendly. Ambience: Good. It's located near a bike lane and footpath just besides the river. Conveniently below Social M Hotel. Drinks: Coffee is good. Leans more towards the richer, earthier, bitter taste than lighter European roast. Water: No free water. Food: Sub-par. Had the chicken porridge and siomay. Siomay quite disappointing. Chicken porridge is okay but a bit too thin. Youtiao had old oil taste.

We were the 1st guests. But, the rice was cool and hardened on some parts like cooked and left to dry out. Rawon (beef soup), the soup doesn't taste like beef stock. The carrot and potato taste like boiled separately and didn't make the soup tastier by using those. Presentation looked good. The staffs are friendly! Thumbs up for the staffs!

Visited on weekday morning around 10am for brunch. Tried their Big breakfast and Ginger Cafe Latte. The coffee is nice and can really taste the ginger. I like the scramble egg on the toast. All the ‘meat’ on the breakfast are all beef, while the taste are not bad but could feel quite full and a bit overwhelmed after finishing the entire breakfast. A nice place for coffee around Roberson Quay.

Love the venue and atmosphere. Food is good and we love the crispy prawn fritters. Coffee is nice too. Hope to try the cinnamon roll next time. Service of course is another plus with friendly waiters.

Randomly passed by this place and the color caught my attention. Tried the Ginger Iced Cafe latte and it really helped me cool down while walking underneath the blazing sun. Place is kinda cool if you wanna unwind or catch up with friends! 💕 A bonus too since the staff helped me void a bill that was charged wrongly as I did not noticed it. I forgot to ask her name but she's on duty today @23/06/23. Props to her honesty and attentiveness! Thank you💕😌

Had a pleasant experience here. Really enjoyed the coconut cold brew! It wasn’t sweet and coconut taste was quite strong. The Iga Hitam fried rice was so yummy! You could taste the wok Hei in each bite. The beef was a tad sweet though. Would have preferred it more savoury. The chilli level 2 was quite spicy and satisfying. The soup betawi was something different though it was lighter than the one I tried in a different place. Tasted better than the soup buntut though. Prices are on the higher side though. $18 dollars for soup or fried rice is considered steep to me. Would probably come back for the cold brew though. Service was decent. One of the servers stood out but I forgot his name. Tall with glasses. Definitely made the experience more enjoyable.

Last weekend we visited Tanamera Coffee @ Robertson Quay! Tucked snugly into a row of shophouses, the black and red ⚫️🔴 themed coffeehouse had both indoor and alfresco dining. We got to try vibrant Indonesian dishes 🇮🇩😋 and some lovely drinks 🍺 We absolutely loved and enjoyed their 𝙇𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙗𝙚𝙠 ($12.80)! This was crispy spring roll skin 🫔 that (somehow withstood the long duration of phototaking oops) wrapped around shredded duck, carrot, and vermicelli with a nuoc cham dipping 😍 Another crowd favourite was the 𝙉𝙖𝙨𝙞 𝙂𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙜𝙖 𝙃𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙢 ($17.80) which features squid ink fried rice 🦑🍚, braised beef ribs 🍖 and a sunny-side up egg 🍳. The rice was a gorgeous black, and was on the wetter side, but it carried the deep flavours of squid ink with a hint of umami. The braised ribs, though not fall-off-the-bone tender, were well executed and tasty. The 𝙎𝙤𝙥 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙩 ($15.80) - oxtail soup 🥘, was chockful of potatoes, carrots, and oxtail. This dish is definitely best devoured while hot, if not it can get surfeiting once its cold. And you must eat this with the rice on the side - the broth is SO rich with flavours and makes for a hearty meal! 🥹 Other dishes we had included their value-for-money 𝙉𝙖𝙨𝙞 𝙂𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙖 | 𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙖'𝙨 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 ($17.80) and the 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙐𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙜 ($12.80) (highly rec to have it asap!) We tried out their their 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙑𝙚𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙩 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 ($6.50), a gorgeous red drink ☕️❤️ that tasted like a milky hot cocoa and their 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 ($6.50), the matcha 🌱 isn't super intense and is on the sweeter side. P.S. we love how there is no price diff 🤩 between ordering hot and cold drinks here! Follow us on IG @toofoodtomiss for more foodie content!
