I believe manager is not doing its job and sitting at office ... I came by to ask if i could collect my order Early since they had no customer . But counter lady gave me a just woke up face at 1200hrs and told me just come back maybe later someone will cook early without initiative to tell BOH crew about my order. I believe they both are couples pls have the higher up act accordingly. Extremely bad experience ... Im an excrew with 4 years working experience at pizza hut .

Pizza delivery, food came cold. Pizza was hard and seems reheated. Sides were cold. It felt like they gave yesterday's leftovers for the Christmas set. Maybe thats why Dominos dont need to rely on Xmas promotions for business because their pizzas are good. Pizza hut is just disappointing. And please for a christmas set promotion, none come with drinks for the paid price of $43.40, its not even a value set but rather overpriced.

This branch has the worst service! Crew were just walking back n forth chit chatting while they make me wait for my order for 25 mins! I ordered online and it was just supposed to be for pick up! Ridiculous! Get your pizza somewhere else, not this place!

Went to pizza hut, when I was about to order- the cashier says that waiting time is 40mins as though they don’t want us to order. Waited outside for my order, but every person who came after me via online placement of order got pizza earlier than me. Inspite of waiting 50mins, I didn’t get my pizza. I went in and asked and they said that the pizza was ready long back, you should have come earlier. How do we get to know it’s ready when there is no display TV outside? Can’t they atleast let us know it’s ready? Had ordered a can of drink and the lady forgot to keep it. I had to ask. Their only job is to keep everything as per order, even that is done so lazily. Forget that the pizza we got was burnt at the crust. Looks like pizza hut hires someone out there to make pizzas. On top of that the ambience is so unclean. No dine in is there still the tables and everything is so unclean and has food spilt here and there! What a non hygenic place to even take-away food! Please don’t waste your hard earned money on such pathetic pizzas.

Waited 45 mins for our pizza, came to collect order, cashier went in to check but didn’t bother to come back to tell us it’ll be another 15mins

Good service n staff have patience although customer chase still team deliver the best baking of the food Price is will more that’s fine as per the location it’s just opposite to wild wild wet water theme park. Obviously price will be high but quality is also good Worth the price .

There is no Zero star, hence giving 1 star. Never tasted such a worst tasting pizza. After waiting for so long, all we got is a pizza with bare minimum topping and the base was 1 inch thick, that too the pizza was not even warm. Also They ran out of ketch-up, seasoning etc. The place was dirty… table, floor everywhere. Can’t imagine how a pizza can be made that thick, not easy to bite and chew. Utter waste of money!!

OMG ! I should look at the rating before visiting this. We are the only dine in order for the whole place. Order 2 pizza and guess what ? Wait 50 minutes with no pizza ? This miss our order !!! Seriously? The only dine in customer and it still a miss ? No service at all and the dish are very dirty. The quality of the pizza... The photo tell the true.. They give us 6 free chicken wings as apologised but seriously this is a mistake that is hard to believe!

Mobile ordered and pick up from the outlet. Service was fast and staff got my order when I told him my name. The order was correct and food was fresh and hot. Thank you.

customer service staff very friendly! whenever i go to pizza hut at dte, my food is always served pipping hot. would work there if i had the chance because the staff there seems very united 🥰

Order twice from grab food first time was waiting around two hours and I have to cancel because is too long for the waiting time. Today again I make an order I can’t believe is still the same, I did called the hotline but nobody’s pick up the phone. If your outlet is not ready to serve please don’t accept any order.

Ordered through the PizzaHut SG App, waiting time for delivery is more than 2 hours and the app tracker is not working properly, called the number listed, no one answered. Customer Service level is at an unacceptable level.

Delicious stuff! Really love the wrap that we ordered and delivered. The delivery was so fast I didn’t even have time to get hungry! Rendang Pizza was average, not too delicious but interesting taste!
