My experience at Mary Brown's was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted by the remarkable customer service provided by two gentlemen, one with glasses and a surprisingly tall one. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable as they took the time to explain every aspect of the menu with great care and patience. Their willingness to assist and accommodate my needs made the ordering process a breeze. I opted for their signature chicken and taters, and I must say, it was a delectable choice. The chicken was expertly cooked, boasting a perfect balance between crispy skin and succulent tenderness. Each bite was a flavorful delight, leaving me craving for more. The taters, too, were a delightful addition, perfectly married to the chicken with their comforting texture and savory seasoning. Mary Brown's has undoubtedly won my heart with their impeccable service and mouthwatering dishes.

Mary Brown Friend Chicken is my favorite. I like the chicken pieces here better than KFC or Popeye’s. Their taste is better and unique. The pieces are bigger. However for chicken sandwiches I find Popeyes are better. The taters in this restaurant are never too salty. They are just right. The gravy is good. However charging 2.29 for a small gravy is ridiculous. Maybe next time I’ll skip the gravy since the chicken is tasty enough. You must order their Cole slaw. It’s very creamy and better than the others.

I come here a few times a month to get lunch the food and service is always great. I will not be returning here for lunch again after seeing an employee dry his hands on his work uniform because there was no napkins or paper towel. I understand running out of supplies happens but wal-mart is your neighbor.

The seasoning on the chicken and fries is very bland - like eating cardboard. The crunch is good, but that's pretty much it. You definitely need either gravy or dipping sauce if you want to enjoy your meal. Kinda disappointed as friends hyped it up to be so good.

I only bought chicken tenders this time. The chicken is still delicious and much better tasting than KFC. Unfortunately, the tenders are getting pretty small, to the point where the edges are almost shaved... really thin on the sides. The prices have gone up since Covid started. Some of the prices are ludicrous such as the coleslaw. Cabbage is still one of the cheapest vegetables on the market. The banana pudding is back but only in a tiny size and overpriced. They should bring back the sizes they had before. Still waiting for the onion rings to come back.

My colleague brought me there today. He said it was the best in Canada compared to KFC etc... So I was curious to try it myself. Well, sometimes I get a similar menu at Cosco. It is cheaper and okay. Well, I have to admit this is not 4-star food but it is better than the Cosco one and for the past 10yrs I stayed away for KFC. I will go eat there again. Nice place and has nice ppl

Best Mary Brown location in west ottawa region. Always ready with order on time, always fresh, never skimpy with portions, just right about almost everything. Great team, knowledgeable, fast and friendly.

I didn't really want to put in a bad review but I want to order food again from there to give it another chance and things might change. I normally enjoy the food but the last time(Nov 1) I was there I ordered a 13 piece meal and a side kick. Asked for half spicy and received none and only to have 7 wings in the box in the mix, 2 or 3 wings maybe, but 7?!?! My side kick was half a bun with a small strip of chicken and soggy because there was so much sauce. I like sauce but not saturated where I need several napkins. The server ( a young boy) kept insisting about the holiday special. I told him no. He tried again. I do not like mashed potatoes! I know the staff is to upsell, but stop when the customer says no

The webpage menu was annoying but the app was good to use and convenient to order take away. The order was ready when I arrived and they politely apologized for being out of a drink. The shop was clean and bright which is always nice. The food was good although I heard one complaint that the buffalo chicken buger was just drenched in sauce tha ovepowered the taste.

Great fried chicken, way better taste and portions than KFC. The Big Mary sandwich in all it's versions is fantastic, but expensive. If you wait for Monday it's half price. Fried potatoes and the chicken pieces are using the same coating and it gets salty after a while. I don't get the fried potatoes to cut down the salt. Still great chicken

This is how much popcorn chicken you get for $12. Why can’t they fill that tiny box? I’m not on a diet! Keep skimping on the food and your customer base will be skimpy too!
