Been a big fan of this halal burger joint and usually visited their Novena outlet. This was my first time at Tampines’ outlet. We visited on a Tuesday evening for dinner at around 8pm. Fairly good service and the waiting time was only 10 minutes despite there being only 1 staff handling the front of house and 1 staff handling the back of house. Cleanliness can be improved as there was an empty cup of milkshake at the cashier counter. There was barely anyone dining in, only two other tables besides us, but there are a number of tables with their trays not cleared. However, there were acquaintances of the staff that were seated at the front of the counter who kept looking at our direction, and then turning back to speak to each other, and turned to look at our direction again. This went on throughout our entire meal and made everyone at the table uncomfortable. It was very weird as they were seated adjacent to us (and facing the kitchen) but kept turning their heads to look at us (seated facing the counter). It would have been a five star review if we weren’t made to feel so out of place 😣

Lady at cashiwe was fantastic. Service with a smile. I asked her for recommendations and she was very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions. The food was of course delicious. Love the double XXL beef burger it was very juicy and taste so fresh and the caramel milkshake it’s JUST SO GOOD. highly recommend it.

Food was superb and prepared timely even if it was a 2man show. I get to have exceptional service from Rizal and Mustafa. They are very hardworking even if they are understaffed. It did not compromised the our food nor their service. They are simply commendable for running the whole thing on their own. Thanks and see you again on my next visit! Definitely coming back to try the other burgers worth my money!💯👌💸

Their original burger is good! Got it from shopback brand day at 50%. Make it a set n topup for milkshake! Ordered the bargain chicken burger with a drink at $6.90. Sad that there isn't fried chicken kid meal on a sunday evening

Tried at Novena's outlet before. Consistent quality across outlet. Fries and onion rings nicely fried. Original burger was okay, tastes very healthy tho. Mushroom beef burger...the mushroom sauce quite underwhelming. Not the nice aromatic mushroom sauce. Burger bun could have been more buttery.. Bone In chicken was nice, but only the wings. Drumlet was tough to eat. Price wise, not attractive to dine here again. Mushroom burger was 13sgd. Onion ring w 1 drink is 9sgd. Quite overpriced.
