The coffee is so so. Its a big hot here. Staffs like to chat. Chatty among themselves. We need to clean up table and wiped the table myself. The bagel was tuff like rubber to bite. Always hard to find seats here.

Great place for breakfast. Atmosphere is kinda very good and service is fast. The food taste was good as well. I would recommend to visit this place :) and try out the breakfast platter.

$10.9++ for two sets (One for one promo). I personally don't like the taste of their hash brown. The bread taste average. The coffee is always good. I was expecting they serve the coffee to me in ceramic coffee mug instead of paper cup since I'm dine-in.

It has been a long time since I last visited after they changed the breakfasts menu to remove the salad. It really tastes awful with just the bread, ham and cheese.. especially if u are health conscious like me

Happy to have another breakfast hunt. Didn’t know they operate 24hrs. Ordered the Turkey Ham Omelette Brioche, $10.90 for 2 sets. Great promo to attract dine-in as it was pretty well received. Taste wise so-so… hash brown was soft type, omelette is like tofu. The latte was pretty sweet for me. Overall, good to try but won’t consider for the next try. ☺️

Not a regular here but is going to! The place is cosy and quiet with ample backrest seatings. Most importantly Appreciate the patience and kindness given by the cashier today. She shared with us card promo for savings and hand us the menu to have a better look on what's on it as I couldn't see clearly from the board above (the print is too small for Singapore aging population 😅) Drinks are prepared fast and we are even guided to where the straw and sugar are

This is one of my favourite place for coffee with a good view! Very nice relaxing environment. Great place to do computer work as well because I can get my laptop charged while drinking my coffee.

Located inside waterway point. Reached around 12midnight so had to enter via the main drop off point. It was surprisingly still filled with people, service was great and fast. Pretty much the cakes were all still available. Good place to chill at night!

First time at this outlet, was kind of put off by the male service staff who couldnt get my order right then raised his voice just to get the order right. Thereafter, provided a number tag but keep asking us to collect over the counter as we were just seated next to it. also did not provide any butter for the breakfast set. Had to keep going back to get butter and pepper. Terrible to start my day. Otherwise food and drinks is not bad.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Waterway Point has a nice interior and good customer service. Tried their Latte, Mocha, and plain croissants, and everything was good.

Cold food hard waffles. Sausage is cold , waffles hard like rock. Hashbrown not crispy. Only the egg is ok to eat. Staffs chatting away.

Visited on 10 Dec 8pm, Egg mayo tasted sour and bread was cold and was soaked with oil and tainted with the black stuff. Took a single bite that’s it, will not return again!

Terrible service on a busy Sunday. I usually hate to leave a bad review but their service was horrible. We ordered a iced blended original vanilla to go and had to waited for about 20mins. Felt something was amiss when customers after us had already received their orders but we are still waiting for ours. When I went up to check on my order, the barista just snapped at me and they are super impatient. Understand you might have a bad day or whatsoever but please do not take it out on your customers. Just had a look at how she hastily put my drink together in a disgruntled manner which made me even more annoyed. Oh to add a cherry on top, the drink is tasteless.

Went to get the promotional drink a few days ago. Service staff not the friendliest but it's ok.... I mean, I've worked as a barista before for a few years and by default if a drink is not up to our liking, it can be changed. It wasn't line I drank 3/4 of it and then wanted a refund. But anyways, what's done is done, won't be back here too often anyways. It was simple, the coffee blend had way too much powder that it had some sediments but maybe it was just my drink
