One lady (seems vietnamnese) was super rude. Told us to stand elsewhere when queuing, but turns out that queue wasn’t even correct and we had to requeue after waiting. Asked her for crispy waffles but she also showed me burnt waffles (see pic), that had a burnt smell, and said it’s either this or soft waffles. Got 3 other ppl’s order wrong as well, and showed no remorse. Price isn’t even cheap, with plain at $1.50 and each additional filling at $0.50 extra.

The lady at the counter was a little rude. I had their waffles multiple times at the SMU outlet, and it’s done much better there compared to their outlet at KK. Had the crunchy peanut and chocolate ($2 each), would recommend the peanut one more.

Love love love love love their salad and sandwiches! I would always eat their salad without fail whenever I am at SGH. The pricing is in fact cheap given the option to customise our own salads with a good variety of dressing. Business seems to be really brisk because some of their ingredients might run out at the end of the day towards 4pm. And there is always a queue for their waffle, buns and pastries alike! I have observed that the staff seemed to work at a very fast pace so that customers need not wait for too long to get their salad and sandwiches ordered. Highly recommended!

One of the best affordable waffles in Singapore. Would love to commend Filipino staff Irish with her exceptional service. Among all of them she's the friendliest and is always approachable to everyone. She can even recommend some good flavor combination of waffle and salad, which I really enjoy. Good job for you good customer service!

Waffles are great here with just the right amount of spread to my liking. Perfectly crisp and slightly soft inside. Toasted it for a minute when I got home and had a gooey yet crispy mess on a plate. Wished they have pandan waffles though, you can already smell the plain ones half a block away, can’t imagine if they have pandan ones..

Bread was hard and not nice, I came here cause I sent my mum for Check up at sgh, went to triplets to purchase some breads, they pack each bread in a plastic, I bought 6 breads, upon reaching the counter for payment they ask u need a bag? I say yes, and they charged a 10 cents for cheap transparent plastic but not the 6 breads with plastic? Doesn't make sense, ya I know it's 10cents but seriously it doesn't make sense and not making some people their day.

Avoid buying bread from this shop, pricing does not match quality of bread. To make it worse, cashier counter Aunty's service towards patron is unpleasant. SGH should really review why they are having such a poor third party F&B provider at a prominent traffic area. Patients at heart is such an irony statement when you consider SGH experience as a whole.

Food: 2 Service level: 1 staff rude and not pleasant Ambience: shop is relatively not up to standard. I am surprise that a shop located in a hospital vicinity not keep up with cleanliness standard. I specifically requested for the waffle to be crispy so I know usually if you leave it in the machine longer it will be crispy. The rude staff acknowledged but purposely gave us waffle that is not made to my request and gave an excuse that the machine not working properly.

This place is perfect for people who like (a) waffles and (b) waiting! In fact, I am typing this review out while waiting for my waffles to be ready. The smell of the waffle dough sizzling against the backdrop of an almost perpetual wait ... heavenly! Photo shows the average number of people waiting on a nondescript weekday afternoon (off-peak).

The waffle is kinda thin like only have a thin layer or crunchy biscuit, and the spread is way too little, dont claim as premium waffle as the name, the customer service isnt as friendly too, it is considered expensive for the price paid as didnt get the quality as claim

Bought 2 boxes of cakes and it cost me $13.30. Ridiculous price for below average snacks. Will never patronise all the outlets anymore.

This is the worst service.. The server is either a Filipino/Vietnames/China lady( on 8th Oct 2023 at 1.20pm). Loud and Rude! If you are unhappy working, just QUIT! You need not treat your customer as though they owe you a living! On top of this, i bought a waffle from them and he waffle was so hot so i ask for a plastic bag and she said 10 cent. Saw their salad bar, doesn't seem to maintain their cleanliness.. Terrible! Owner of Triplets by Bakery Cuisine, there are already so many bad reviews on the attitude of your workers and you still let this continue? Dun you think you need to retrain your staff?

Brought the salad @$5.80 , the portion is very little and charge extra $0.50 to separate the sauce and it’s a takeaway shop, they charge $.10 for small plastic bag which is more expensive than supermarket. The salad is edible, don’t expect much
