Extremely poor service from cashier and another staff working in the kitchen. Scolded several customers when they did not do anything wrong. Ordered toast set with black coffee, cashier entered correctly but came out with coffee with strong creamer. Coffee is terrible. Did not order main menu, so I could not comment. Kaya in the toast looks like it is mixed with water. Hope things can improve, since this is not the first bad review.

[1] Interesting: Spacious outlet, with automated self order/manual buy over counter; self-service counter to collect food facilitated by a token (beeps gently when orders are ready); and a self-service tray return counter. The processes setup is future-proof and is in tune with the progression of our society. [2] Environment: Ample space to move ard and seat; coupled with curated posters of yummy good and nostalgic icons of singapore. Staff shows effort to keep the area sparkling clean. [3] Quality: Food quality is good with ample quantity as well, value for money for sure. Did not come across any item that deserved special mention. [4] Service: Reasonable service standards provided.

Newly open, interesting concept and spacious. Interior design and furniture could have been more responsive to the “memory cafe” theme, currently it’s just one corner and rather superficial. Another misopportunity is it could have made the side openable so the interior space can spill out to exterior and connect with the therapeutic garden right outside, to facilitate better programming.

Food is good, but the Aunty at the cashier today is very unfriendly. I used to use my own Tupperware to take away my food in other food courts in the hospital as I am a staff there. But this Aunty told me don’t come back during peak period as she afraid that she may get burn by using my own Tupperware . I mentioned to her that I used to use this Tupperware in other food courts so far no issue. She said that “ you think this is your own shop”! So rude and no manner. We are trying to save the environment by using own Tupperware now this Aunty go against it. Btw, at Integrated Building.

The beef brisket broth was so salty. I requested for do-over, and it was ignored. Liver is low-key crying.
