The service and lamb chop are terrible. I went on 17 July (Sun) at dinner time and waited for 40 mins to get my food. However, the lamb chop I was served was burnt. They had also swapped out the one of the side order without informing. I requested for them to serve a new plate. After waiting another 15 mins, I was appalled that they did not prioritise my order, and had not started cooking the lamb chop. They had only started cooking after I went to enquire. The staff simply gestured that it was being cooked, but ignored my question on the waiting time. The new plate still came out slightly burnt around the edges, but I was too hungry to ask for a refund. The photos show the charred bits and the NEW lamb chop that was served, which is slightly burnt and over cooked. The first plate was a lot worse.

First of all, I find it really ridiculous to charge $0.60 per taking away box. I bought 2 sets of chicken chop with mushroom soup, so total will be 2 big sized plastic box with 2 small paper cups for soup. Initially I thought I need to pay $1.20 but in the end they charge me $2.40. If you take a look at the picture, is it reasonable to charge $0.60 for the small cup? So if you want to take away, please bring along your own lunchbox so you won't be cheated by them! Secondly, for the food itself, the chicken is like no taste at all! Overall, it was a tremendous experience and I will never ever buy again.

My 2nd order and the food is great. Not sure why the bad reviews. Maybe its a specific staff that is causing the bad reviews. For me, today is my 2nd order and I am loving it 👍🏼👍🏼

Really surprised to see some of the bad reviews here. I got the Lamb chop with chicken sausage and spaghetti. It was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Wait time on a busy Friday night around 10 minutes. I'll be back!

I patronise your shop but was displeased with the service and quality of food yesterday. Their carbonara tasted horrible. It has no taste and was very bland, the mushroom soup was cold and the garlic bread was so hard that i could not even bite on it. Requested for plastic cutlery as the metal ones were dirty/had stains, worker claimed that plastic spoons are expensive and he can not give that. Very bad service and food. Not recommend 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Food was good but pricey for coffeeshop standards. Realised that they're related to Collin's which explains the similarity in menus. Grilled fish was good.

Food is alright. Very mediocre. Price wise, not too bad.

Ordered a burger, an Alfredo pasta and two margarita pizzas. Burger and pasta were seasoned too salty. For pizza, the tomato paste seems too dry, hence the topping keep coming off from the dough. Overall, not very enjoyable.

This was the second time I had horrible and old rotten vegetables in my food. I agree with the other reviewers that the consistency of the quality of the food is bad and never consistent. Rotten vegetables, nothing fresh. Also a dirty, old and fully spoilt wok and frying pan, with white lines caused by too much use and no washing properly. The utensils used were also wrong as the could have been contaminated as I saw leftovers of another customer's food on the uentsils they used. Cleanliness is never maintained at this store. Not recommended.

Overpriced Western food with the quality and portions served. Lambchop some parts overcooked like rubber, some undercooked with a weird pinkish colour. Sausage is too spicy; no other choice to choose non-spicy ones for kids. Staff was also not very friendly when customers asked questions. I will not waste money to get food there again. (Food in pic: $19.80)

Chicken cutlet is crispy outside and juicy inside. Fries are really addictive. Cheesy sauce is yummy. However, it’s abit pricey in a hawker stall. By roundmama.wordpress.com

Reasonably priced Western Grill in a Kopitiam. $8.90 for a grilled chicken plate that comes with corn on cob, salad veg and different carbs like mashed potatoes, spaghetti, French Fries, Buttered Rice, etc that you can choose from. Add $4 for a bowl of Mushroom Soup and Garlic Bread. Chicken was grilled just nice with a bit of charring on the outside and tender in the inside. The soup could have a little more mushrooms but the croutons were crispy even after soaking up the soup. Recommended for a quick and cheap western grill fix.

Chicken Alfredo certainly tastes best compared to some well known Italian restaurants

Got the mixed platter plate with lamb chop (very SMALL), chicken chop (very BIG) and sausage and pasta. The chicken chop went hard, everything else not so much unfortunately!
