The rice!!!! Was semi-cooked,half cooked and you can literally feel like biting into raw grains! I gave a feedback and I had asked for exchange which the staff gave it to me but to my dismay, it was worst! Spoke once again ,apparently to manager in charge but still, not a "sorry" I have heard and tried to replace with another plate of rice. The diners next to my table heard and agreed with me. Half cooked rice can easily upset one's tummy..not to imagine if it was a young child. By then,my appetite died..I refused! Finished up the dishes with no rice and left! The other dishes were not that great either..had no choice as I was too hungry so I just finished it up without our rice. Not another time here..enough said!

Order the deep friend fish. Apparently the fish turn out to be not fresh at all. All other dish is not bad.

Mango salad was way too sweet. Chicken from my stir fry was tough. Look at the size of the kailan. Next level baby kailan. I’d avoid this outlet in the future.

Con: The taste of the food is bland. The texture of the chicken are so hard. Tomyum soup also not up to expectations. A bit disappointed. Pro: 1) customer service was good 2) the green chili and sweet chili are good surprisedly 😅 3) the food price quite reasonable

Extremely bad chicken. Not fresh and hard to chew. Dried rice looks like have been cooked yesterday and are warming it and serving. Money waste... time of order 1:10pm. Try to avoid this place to max extent.. eat unhealthy but don't eat here

Only the dessert was nice. Tom yum clear soup didnt taste like tom yum at all. Basil chicken w rice was so so. Dian xiao er or din tai fung are better dine-in options within the mall

From the staff to the food to the environment, everything was 10/10. Order a lot of food and turned out the best meal of my life. Must eat if you are around the point.

"Sanook Kitchen is a gem in Waterway Point, and it offers fantastic value for the price. I'm thrilled to have this spot nearby. Their mango salad, olive fried rice, and cashew nut chicken are personal favorites, and they never disappoint. It's my go-to Thai place in Punggol, offering both quality and affordability. Highly recommended!" 🥭🍛👍

Ordered set of 2 at $43.80 for A fish, Kangkong, and Tomyam soup. The soup is chicken Tomyam Soup, below average.. The rest of the food not bad. Price on the menu shown before GST. I find it too pricey… especially after the 10% service tax. And 8%GST also apply to 10% service charge…

The local Thai food scene is a pretty competitive one with plenty of quality options to choose from. So unless you need a quick fix for your Thai food craving & you happen to be at Waterway Point, this Punggol Sanook outlet is one to avoid. FOOD The Good Fish cake was the only saving grace. Green Curry & Red Ruby dessert were decent enough. The Bad - Thai Milk Tea was way too sweet despite the less sweet request - Mixed Vegetables was too salty. Think the chef was too heavy handed with the fish paste sauce. - Claypot Tung Hoon with Prawns was a tad too peppery. Think the chef was also heavy on the pepper. Prawns were definitely not fresh. - Omelette was too salty & oily. Think the heat to cook the dish was not hot enough to bring out the crispy texture. SERVICE. Omelette came after we had finished the the rest of the dishes. ATMOSPHERE A decent atmosphere which the food unfortunately did not match up

They have affordable and delicious food but it all went wrong when we were treated with poor service. My friend and I came past 8pm last Thursday. We were seated at the back area near their bus out counter. We were served with drinks first then the food followed shortly. Everything was good for us so far. Their food is good and not so pricey. It all went wrong when the aunty staff asked us if we were already done with our food at 9pm when obviously, our plates are still almost full. It was strange for her to think that we were already done or almost done eating. It didn’t stop there. At 9:15pm, she approached our table again to ask if we want to pack our food. Since it felt like she was in a rush, we told her to pack the fried rice and tang hoon but leave the mango salad because we’re still eating it. I asked the other staff what time do they close since we checked that the place is open until 10pm so we were wondering what is the rush. Aunty came back with our packed food and she kept on saying “table 17 and 18” to her colleague, like intentionally making it really obvious for us to hear that they need to clean the tables including ours, which is table 18. The aunty keeps on rushing when the place is closing at 10pm. Its almost like she wants to end her shift early, but there are still customers eating at the front area of the restaurant so it felt weird why she’s only rushing for us to finish. At 9:30pm, she approached our table again and this time, asked if we want to pack the mango salad which we were still eating at that time. By then, we told her no need to pack it since we are almost done and about to leave. We asked her “Are you closing already?” Then she told us “We are leaving soon but still got time so no need to rush” I mean, she was already rushing us since 9pm tho. From that moment, we felt that she just wanted to leave and end work early. My friend and I didn’t feel like staying more since we were rushed to finish early and just leave the place. After we stood up, aunty just went on clearing out our table and proceeded to clean it. Overall, it was not a good experience. We get that they have nice food but with this kind of customer service, it’s not really a place to look forward to visit again. We hope that the management can address this so that they can give a better customer service and experience to people.

Ok food, too much sweet in most of the dishes. Good service. Almost full on Sunday after lunch hour. Spent $49 for 2 people.

Brought my mum for lunch. The portion is just nice. Quite tasty. Staff are attentive. Probably the restaurant just opened, the food was served quite fast. We ordered set lunch for 2 and added a couple more dishes coz there were 3 of us.

(Not complaining but stating it as is) Walked in on a Sunday evening without reservation @ ~1945hrs. The restaurant was packed. Ordered the promotion set. Drink was served fast. Next was the Kang Kong and white rice.  About 6 minutes later, the prawn cake arrived, with another 1 min interval before the fish and the soup arrived. Prawn cake was delicious. Hot off the frying pan, and can taste the generous amount of prawn bits in it.  Will surely reorder next time. The Kang Kong is decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Fish was deep fried, and for me, it's a little dry; with too much sweet sauce. Taste wise is also ok. Clear tom yum soup is not as good.  Generous amount of chicken meat though.

Ordered the pineapple fried rice, green curry, Kang Kong sambal, chicken stir fried with cashew nut, prawn cake, sweet tapioca and red ruby. Fried rice taste good with pineapple taste, if you like creamy coconut taste you would love the green curry. The kang kong sambal is not too spicy and the dessert is great just with crunchy ruby just a little too sweet for me. Was hesitant to order the prawn cake initially because it's kinda expensive, but it tasted great! Overall every dish is good just that the portion is kinda small for me, would be great if it's bigger

Polite staffs and busy bee place. From Bali Thai to Sanook Thai food. Good food. service can be better if they serve the food and put nicely on the table and mentioning the name of the food. Other than that of course SMILE! Food was all sweet not authentic at all. First & last wont eat here again. There is better authentic thai food elsewhere.

It's a Thai restaurant with numerous branches, and we had previously dined at the Jewel branch, which we found quite good. For this meal, we ordered the fish set and other dishes for 4 pax. While each dish was good individually, none stood out. However, when all the dishes came together, they created a very good and enjoyable dinner experience. The warm service and clean, bright design of the restaurant enhanced our overall satisfaction. Despite a 20-minute queue time, we had an enjoyable family dinner. Recommended.
